This is the best tlayuda in Oaxaca-- and it's not close. They make each tlayuda slowly, with love, right in front of you on an open barbecue that is at the front of the restaurant. The chef is a master at the craft and he gets the perfect crisp on the tlayuda. They bring out pickled onions and two salsas that are crazy fresh and go beautifully with the tlayuda. We also got tacos dorados de pollo that were excellent. And the prices are crazy reasonable. This place is a few blocks away from the cathedral so not a lot of folks are there, but it is so worth the trip. read more
