Terrible customer service. I went in for a single car wash which was $25, then immediately realized the unlimited monthly wash was only $40. I politely asked if they could either refund the single wash or apply the $25 toward the unlimited plan. The employee said no, called his manager, and the manager also said no. This was after I had just spent $150 on a full detail at their location, so you'd think they would want to take care of a paying customer. When I said, "You just lost a customer," his response was, "Nice knowing you." That pretty much says everything about how they treat people. The only reason I put 2 stars is because the girl at the front was such a sweetheart. I paid for a full wash, vacuum, and wipe down of my car and when i got it back all they had done was drive it through the car wash. No wipe down and absolutely no vacuum. Horrible service. Lady at counter was very nice but the service was terrible. They didn't vacuum the back seat because they didn't want to move my stuff. Two weeks ago I took my relatively new Accord there for a deep clean. i've been there a number of times and they do a decent job usually. This time I noticed water spots on the mirrors and rear panel, no big deal. The next day I noticed my passenger side floor mat was missing. I called and they said they would find it. No luck, it was gone. Stolen? The front counter girl said no problem they would replace it. I've called several times and keep getting the run around. If this wasn't a new car I wouldn't worry about it. I'm going to have to buy a new one and it's not cheap. Personally, I will never take a car there again. read more

Brought my car in for detailing. The prices posted were higher than what I saw online but decided to pay it anyway (a neighbor told me they did good work here). Took over an hour, but my car looked pretty great - small details got missed like they didn't open the lid on the center console, just cleaned up to it (not that big a deal) and there were streaks on the windows largely because the Tesla does that automatic open the windows a crack thing and the brushes on the window were still damp, so hard to get around that (though I did a better job of it when I got home). The thing that really chapped my hide, though, was I got home and noticed after the fact that they added an $8 admin fee to my bill. I'd already paid $200 for it to be detailed and tipped the guy on my way out. Wish I had caught that before I'd left, it's put a bad taste in my mouth. read more

The unlimited wash package is appealing, but every time I go it's worse than the last. Very unresponsive staff. They forget the air freshener 50% of the time and you have to ask again when picking up your car. Facility is dirty. The car wash itself has been broken over a week and no one tells you it's hand wash only and 4 times the wait. Every time I bring my car here to get washed and waxed I always end up wiping down my car myself, getting rid of wax residue. And I would normally tip but if you do a shitty job that's not happening it's like the staff expects tips and if you don't tip they get pissed.. I bring my car weekly and they seriously can't wash for shit even after it's waxed there's still dirt on the fenders never fails. And it's when you'd expect they would pay attention to detail after being waxed. Will be taking my business somewhere else I've given this place to many tries read more

I had a gift card for two car washes and took my car in for a cleaning. The wash cost thirty dollars, plus I tipped the guy drying it five dollars. However, the wash itself was not that good. I can get the same thing at Fast Five for eight dollars, and I don't even need to tip. They only vacuumed the front of the car and did not do a good job at that. The real problem was that they scratched my rims on the driver's side! When I brought my car back in, they refused to take responsibility for it. I will definitely not be going here again. I got the diamond wash and as it has been lately the last few times I've gone, there were still spots and dirt on my white care which are very easy to see and to wipe off. I tried to explain that to the guy wiping and he didn't understand so I called over the manager and showed him and said it has been like this everytime lately where i am forced to finish wiping it off myself. The manager told me if I don't like their service then I should not come back. Didn't offer to correct it or wash it again or a refund or anything at all, just said basically if I wasn't happy my car was still dirty after their $30 car wash then I could just go away. Women should never go here. I normally take my cars here for exterior only. Then, take it home and clean up the car to my standard. Every time my daughters take their cars, they are up sold. Ask for Exterior only, and are told their car is too dirty. Exterior only and vacuum only, they get upsold to the $26 wash instead of charging the $2 ala cart upgrade as advertised on the website. Today it happened again. Instead of writing a nasty yelp review, I did what the sign asked and talked to the "manager on duty". All he did was argue and talk over me. So for trying to get a $16 refund for the work not completed, they now have lost me and my 5 cars, and anyone I talk to will hear the stories. I took my brand new Mercedes GLC 300 all week. I've been finding black wax like goo all over the car. It comes off with a little bit of pressure until today when I saw that they were as black marks and black dots all over the back bumper area , I took it back spoke to Beto. He wanted to charge me $100 for a full waxing. Yeah that sounds like a brilliant idea. You fuck up my car paint job then I'm supposed to take it back to you so you can fix it fucking morons I would not trust. No recommend this car wash. They are not trust worthy and if you want your paint job to get screwed, then take it here up to you. The BAD: I drove up to a lane with a car ahead of me that never moved. Had to back out and select another lane. At drive up/vacuums, of the five people I could maybe identify as employees, only two appeared to actually be working. 10 minutes later, I've paid and I'm sitting out back where cars get dried/finish work. Not a single car had come out. Not. A. Single. Car. Fearing the car wash was actually a tunnel to the 5th dimension, I peered down into the wash. No activity at all. One of the employees assured me they were coming. Really? Was he seeing something I couldn't? When they finally start appearing, three cars that drove up after I did came out before mine. Grrrrrrr My car rolled out nearly 30 minutes after I got here. And only four cars preceded it. Grrrrrrrr I asked the guy that wrote my ticket NOT to vacuum the rear of my SUV. It was packed. And didn't need vacuuming. They vacuumed it anyway - rearranging and smashing my stuff. The GOOD: The car is clean. The ONE guy that finished it (who ambled around the car seemingly aimlessly at times) actually did a decent job. I won't go back though. Shockingly slow and very frustrating. Better off going to Costco. Got the exterior wash and when I got home noticed smeared grease on my vehicle and multiple water spots with some areas having clearly visible dirt. Called to inform them of this but they would not correct the poor quality job because I did not get the inside cleaned as well. Had to rewash the car myself. In the long run, COSTCO will save you $$, time, and grief of dealing with someone short on social skills.
