This place is super legit! This is your complete all-in-one gas station and car wash. Come here to get your gas first, then head over to the hand car wash section. If you have time, they have a oil change service as well. But the best part is the convenience store with the Mexican restaurant included! The convenience store has a beer section, a wine section, a great snack and pre-made foods area. You have a build your own nachos bar and a bunch of other hot dogs pieces and other bad for you foods!!! There's also a little Mexican restaurant that serves tacos, burritos, tortasand salads. I purchased the Ultimate Car Wash and went around 5 PM. They finished in about 10 minutes, which felt a bit too quick. Since it was already dark, I didn't realize until later that the car wasn't vacuumed--or at least not thoroughly. I wouldn't go back again. I have been back here twice in the last couple of months. Why, I am not sure. After I left today, I noticed my windshield was not clean. Then I started looking at the car more closely. The side windows in the front were both dirty and smudged. There was visible dirt on the outside of the car. The car was vacuumed not very well. Very disappointed. I've been here a few times now and I can confidently say this is one of the best car washes in Aliso Viejo and Orange County. It feels like a white glove experience at a good value. I have been going to this very convenient car wash for 10 years now. At that time I had a car that was about 5 years old - within a few months, I noticed dents/impressions on the hood near the driver side windshield. I sold that car and bought a new one....within months I noticed the same dents/impression (that turned into 9 years). By then, I had about 12 dents/impressions in the same spot - clearly from guys leaning on the car to dry the windshield, etc. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I may have said something at some point, but realized I needed to tell All the guys who may possibly dry my car ever.....I accepted it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Ugh! I just bought a new (higher) car, had it waxed today, and now I have 3 new dents/impressions on the roof's edge over the rear passenger door - brand new car!!! Oh my gosh!!!!! So, sadly, I will not take chances anymore, and will not return to the car wash. The long-term employees are so nice, but clearly they guys drying are not trained to NOT LEAN on cars because they dent.:-@ Bummed to miss the convenience, but this is unacceptable. I can't do it anymore, and I have to live with these 3 new dents/impressions on my car on the driver's side for many years to come. Great!! One and done.... first time trying this car wash, will also be my last. Was told my standard pick up truck was too long so the $40 car wash cost $50. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This was poorly communicated because, was told it would just cost extra, but didn't explain until after it was washed that this didn't even include all the spray waxes and other features of the "Ultimate" wash since it went "off track"...[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The actual $50 basic car wash was OK. Was very quick but would have preferred they spent a bit more time cleaning windows, since those turned out looking like they used the rags from the oil change shop next door. Recently I got both my cars washed here. One I got a normal hand wash, the other I got a full detail with shampoo. The drop off was very smooth. Please remember to bring your key card if you're dropping your Tesla off, or you will need to keep your phone in the car for them. The quality of the wash was exceptional and also they do it in a very reasonable time. I was impressed by the quality of the detail and shampoo. They got stains off from my seat that I never have been able to get out. Please keep some cash on hand to tip the workers. They work very hard and deserve some monetary appreciation. read more

I've been taking my car here for over 6 months now and have the monthly subscription for car washes anytime. It's the best deal I've found and the best service. Located at the chevron gas station it's convenient to fuel up, get your car washed and enjoy what they have inside the store. It's not like most convenience stores and they even have a nice waiting area inside with TVs while you wait for the wash to be done. I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone who, like me, lives near the beach. The ocean air is so harsh on our cars that I have to realistically get my car washed every few days if I want to keep it clean but I at least go once every 1-2weeks. Broke my fishing rod - I used to get my car washed here often until I went in the other day for an exterior only wash. I had fishing gear in my car so I didn't want the inside done. I left the wash and noticed that one of my fishing rods had been closed in the door. The rod was broken and they refused to help in any way. It was clearly damaged by the crew. I asked the attendant about the undercarriage spray, and he explained it to me.
