Much later, when she started her travel…read morebusiness, I wanted to give her some business, and my girlfriend and I were looking for a sunny-and-warm escape from California/Texas winter. Alisa found us the perfect getaway! Our start wasn't as smooth as it could have been simply because GF and I didn't make our budget (money and time) clear. Alisa suggested a number of amazing adventures which exceeded our modest intent, some of which were truly drool-worthy, but beyond our current budget. Another set of challenges was that packages for two start from one city, my but GF and I live a 3.5-hour flight apart. Add in fussiness about airlines due to status on one (thus far better seats) and, combined with a modest budget, we were probably the clients from hell. Alisa persevered and came up with a delightful package to Nuevo Vallarta, México, that was perfect for us, with non-stop flights from San Francisco on my preferred carrier. The resort where we stayed was exactly what we wanted--safe and clean, but at a modest price. (I love The Four Seasons and have stayed at a few of their properties but we didn't want to spend for that level of luxury on this trip.) Although she wasn't directly involved in what we did once in the Puerto Vallarta area, she suggested some local companies which led to several incredible whale-and-sunset cruises. Without Alisa's help, we might not have found them. Bottom line: Alisa did a great job for us, and we are already talking with her about several future adventures.

There's about 6 gates here. All serviced by United Airlines. Its a small, calm, and stressed free airport. Its been remodeled recently and so there's some updated amenities - each seat has outlets, they are more comfortable, and its much more sleek and modern. There's a low cost parking lot nearby. It's 12 dollars if you stay 24 hours under the covered parking lot. There's a north and south parking lot too that is open air and cost a bit less. You dont need to get here super early. Since it's typically local or regional flights and with so few gates and takeoff time is typically staggered, time to get in and out of TSA is about 15 minutes. There's a plane hanging from the ceiling when you enter which is a nice local nod to the area.

I bought a car from them a few months ago. There are many problems that I had when I first bought…read morethe car. At no point was I informed of any of these problems. First the odometer didn't not work but they did fix that. How do I know how many miles are actually on the car? The coolant gauge does not work properly and most of the warning lights do not work. The check engine light bulb was taken out, which seems pretty questionable. These lights are important. They're there for a reason and if they're not working, how am I going to know if something is wrong? The worst thing by far is I found my airbag diagnostic monitor was disconnected. Both electrical connectors were physically disconnected. The thing that is supposed to deploy the airbags in the event of a crash were disconnected. I've basically been driving around with no airbags. I don't know what kind of car dealership this is but I would not recommend buying a car from them.

Van functioned perfectly, driving the endless miles through the Yukon of Canada, the only thing I had to add was windshield washer fluid. Company was very understanding when I was not back in time and had to take five more days, they were exceedingly easy to work with. This is the third time I've rented a van from them, and I would do it again. Price was very reasonable. Also the cheapest I found.
