This provided some comfort knowing two professionals are pointing out almost verbatim the same areas of concern. This guy refused to give a written quote, added…read more$1500 to the bill in the middle of the project where I couldn't just say to stop, and did a lousy job. The water accumulates on the porch with big puddles, there's a deep crack already forming less than a year later, and the patch work he did is a different color than the rest of the work. The puddles are still there and bubbles come up every time we step on his patchwork after it rains. Get a written quote or go elsewhere. And don't trust this guy either way.
