What made this even more heartbreaking is that the TVs belonged to my mother, who has recently passed away. I was already dealing with deep grief and trying to manage everything during an emotional time. Instead of receiving professionalism, compassion, and timely communication, I was left constantly following up myself after being told I would hear from the insurance company within a couple of days. In addition, after the move and installation, my 85-inch TV began flickering on and off with blue screens and lines appearing across the screen, issues it was not having beforehand. When I raised concerns about it, I was told he was not responsible for that television. Accidents can happen, but accountability, communication, and professionalism matter. The lack of urgency, concern, and follow through added unnecessary stress during one of the most difficult moments of my life.
