They recommended one truck and two men to help and it was about $110 an hour plus a truck rental fee. I paid in cash so I got a small discount on the hourly rate. Rather reasonable compared to the other quotes I got. They were great at communicating with me leading up to my moving day as well as the day of. My movers, Dmitri and Bohdan, showed up right on time and were very professional, friendly, and efficient. They helped disassemble my furniture (and put it back together) and wrapped up everything as needed. I even had a giant plant that I wasn't sure how to move, but since I was only going a short distance, they wrapped it up and secured it in the truck to take over. At one point I even got a little emotional about saying goodbye to my old place and they were so sweet to me. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again and can't thank them enough for the help. I feel like most people describe moving as a stressful, but for me it was a breeze.

Example, tape is listed at $5 but you will pay for the entire pack of 6 for $30. Bubble wrap, $50 for the entire roll even if they only use 1/2. "Travel Time" of 1hr is charged for their time to start the job and then to drive back to the lot. That is not for driving between your load/unload locations. Ended up $165 over my estimate ($500) even tho I verbally attempted to confirm as much as I could before. Your final confirmation email will be your best source of information to get a much better estimate than what they give you over the phone. Add it up carefully.

On our last call, we asked to speak to a manager and even confirmed if a manager was available. They said yes and attempted to transfer us, but instead they left us on hold for 30 minutes, and no one ever came on the line. They wasted our entire day and completely ruined our schedule, especially because we have major renovations starting and needed everything moved before the crew arrived tomorrow. However, after weeks of delays and "claim reviews," their attorney and insurance company ultimately denied the claim entirely based on the liability paperwork signed before the move. It is incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that responds one way in the moment, only to later refuse accountability for damage caused during the move. Accidents can happen. What matters is how a company handles them afterward. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling unsupported, misled, and stuck dealing with the consequences in my new home.
