A wonderful addition to the Southern Shakespeare Festival at Cascades Park this past weekend, allowing for easy travel between Chain of Parks and the Amphitheater. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. We were anticipating use of Pedicabs for our office event and looked forward to the exposure for them. However, ONE day before the event, Capital City Pedicabs EMAILED me that they would not be able to fulfill their contract. No explanation. We were counting heavily upon their services and this really through a monkey wrench in our whole event. New planning, etc. had to take place in a short amount of time requiring extra hours of work. I responded asking why and Mike just replied that he had scheduling problems with some of his drivers!!! Really??? We booked this over a month in advance. Of course, he apologized. But that did not fix the situation. And he hoped we could business in the future? I think not!!!! What a way to run a business! I could almost except a problem with one driver, cutting it down to only 3; but with all four? Business management issue. read more
