The owner explained his side of story and I was reassure by his promises to deliver and gave us a royal treatment. Our driver was Bethany for my husband and I's Birthday celebration night. She called to ask if she can stock anything for us in the limo ride. And she was super professional and kind to us. We felt like rock stars. She provided excellent service and we will definitely use them again in the future. People seems to take time write about the bad experiences, but neglect the good reviews are important as well.
