The people are fine the drivers are friendly that's the only reason why I'm leaving 2 stars instead of one. There's always something wrong with the buses. Either it's broken WiFi, broken bathrooms, dirty floors, breaking down, or catching on fire. As I write this my group is dealing with a blown tire on one of the buses trying to come back from a trip. At minimum 1/3rd of all trips have had some failure that has resulted in severe delays and a bus being taken down. I wish they were isolated but over four years it's a trend. No one showed up at the arranged time (5:50 am), no one texted, no one responded when I called. The call went to a voice mail recording. My wife and I rushed to drive ourselves in our car to the airport where we left the car in long-term parking, which was not our choice. No one called after that later in response to the recorded messages to apologize or explain what had happened. When I called again the next day and spoke to the owner to complain, he said he understood my "point of view" and that it was his fault. He had subcontracted the ride and the driver who should have taken me didn't show up. He could not explain why he had not texted or called me later to apologize, but offered a free ride to the airport next time. This is not a serious or genuine service, just a subcontracting operation. The owner didn't understand that giving in recompense when pressed a free ride the next time to the airport could never make up for the loss in airfares, hotel charges, and vacation prepaid travel. Frankly, the owner should be in some other business if he can't be responsible or respond directly to the customer when is in need of the service.

I'm glad that we are not using this company as they were not responsive, and not very up front with what was going on with their fleet when we spoke to them. When I got out I asked about the water and the driver said it was inside in the cooler. When we finished up, we went back into the limo and there was nothing. Be sure to check what your getting.
