I can't express enough how amazing the whole trip to the Bluemont Winery was. I was lucky enough to win the raffle package of a complimentary service from Reston Limousine and Bluemont Winery to provide a ride for me and my friends and a couple of hours of local wine tasting. Our driver, Dan from Reston Limousine, was so courteous, caring, and attentive and made our experience truly royal. He's such a gentle soul and tolerated our loud laughs while driving us to and from the winery. Even though it was pouring on the day of our trip, Dan made sure to offer us a large umbrella and assisted us in getting into a van. He drove carefully and gave us a heads-up on sharp turns and hills. The vehicle was spacious enough to accommodate 8 of us, clean, and comfortable. Communication was clear with the pickup time and location set a week in advance. It was such a memorable experience. My friends and I pledged to repeat the trip to the winery hiring Reston Limousine again soon. Ive been riding Reston buses with my university for now four years. I can say with confidence that I DO NOT RECOMMEND any Reston buses for any group. The people are fine the drivers are friendly that's the only reason why I'm leaving 2 stars instead of one. There's always something wrong with the buses. Either it's broken WiFi, broken bathrooms, dirty floors, breaking down, or catching on fire. As I write this my group is dealing with a blown tire on one of the buses trying to come back from a trip. At minimum 1/3rd of all trips have had some failure that has resulted in severe delays and a bus being taken down. I wish they were isolated but over four years it's a trend. Edit on the course of this trip another bus died on the side of the road. Updating review to one star. read more

Based on the recommendation of hotel management, I used Reston Limo to manage my group's airport transfers, group transfer to dinner, and group transfers to various meetings. Initially, everything was fine. Our group was transferred to someone who, supposedly, was more experienced. He was great until we had to adjust the plan. Instead of working with me, he shut down. He dodged my calls and stalled on making changes. That meant my group had to resort to using Uber to get between meetings the first day. Apparently, Reston outsources because although I paid for Meet-&-Greet service, very few of my clients were met as directed (with a sign, at baggage claim). One person had to order an Uber to the hotel because apparently, the driver was curbside instead of where we were told he would be. I called dispatch two or three times to stress that their drivers needed to have signs with the passenger names and be waiting at baggage claim - as indicated on the manifest I received from Reston and communicated to all clients. I communicated directly with some of the drivers and dispatch also got the word out to them. So, as the day progressed, things were better. The next issue was the mini-bus to dinner. The air conditioning did not work. There were about 28 people on a mini-bus with no air conditioning in early May going from D.C. to Arlington. Not good. I called dispatch and they got the issue fixed while the group had dinner. So, it turned out well. All the drivers for the group were great, good communication. My clients all mentioned the cars were nice and drivers were pleasant. My issue really is with Sam in the sales office and his lack of support and giving me the cold shoulder. Even after the event was over, he ignored my email until I cc'ed others. I will not be using them again because of that, not because of their actual drivers or fleet. read more

Every year, our elementary school books Reston Limousine Services for a day-trip we do as a fundraiser. This year, I helped organize the event. It was an amazing success, and given that we went to two stops and spent time at both of them, the limobus and driver were a key part of that. Maykaylah was efficient, attentive, understanding and flexible; the bus was clean and rode smooth. We couldn't have had a great time without Reston. We also want to give a shout out to Customer Relationship Manager Margaret Day. We had some questions about the contract and she went out of her way to make sure we understood and were happy. She's an asset to the customer service division and the reason we've been using the company all ten years the trip has been a tradition. 8/20/20 Many times when I was younger I saw many different limousine drive by, but never paid much attention to the names of the company.   Years later saw several Reston Limousine  vicheles and wondered how to get into this business? Watching the different style of Limousine drive by made me wonder just who might be on the other side of the glass. Millionaires?, Celebrities?,  Chief Executive Officers? Or people just like you and me?  In this day and age,  it can be just about anybody. The chances of seeing the CEO Kristina Bouweiri dancing to Culture Beat's Mr Vain in a long stretched limousine are very slim, to none. These limousines come in different styles where people can sit at table  while others can sit alone.  The long stretch limousine  are something this company has doesn't do now a days. The limousine vans have become the new standard,  but they do come in different lengths and sizes.  They even have coach buses decked out with black windows, but unfortunately I have seen what these bad boys look like on the inside.   I did; however, get a chance to ride a Reston Limousine bus from Falls Church Virginia to New York. This was one of the best bus experiences I have had.  The bus driver had one of the greatest sense of humors I have seen as a passager.   My wife and I really enjoyed the history lesson on parts of New York we saw while on the bus. I believe his name is Ed Baker. If I got his name right, I would like to say thank you. My wife loved the try so much, we might hire a limo van and driver for a day trip or two. Yes, you can call Reston Limousine anytime and set up your own personal Limo Driver, Charter Driver or Coach Driver. You want a trip to Luray Caverns, Rest Limousine's got you. You wanna go to The Baltimore Ravens M&T Stadium where the CEO's favorite team plays,  we've got you. (Okay, I don't know if the CEO is a Baltimore Ravens, but the Black and Purple colors would look go on her)  You wanna go state to state or go to Canada it can be done. I have found Rest Limousine to be there when you need them.  I certainly needed that trip to New York on one of Reston Limousine's buses. I hope to do it again soon:) read more

Great service! We had a group of 12 LOUD drinkers on our recent tour of wineries in the Reston area. Our driver Terry was wonderful. He put up with us, had a great sense of humor and got us from point to point safely. We had a van-ish thing that transported us which was a little tight since we have some tall dudes ranging from 6' to 6'8....but we made it work. The vehicle was clean and Terry was quick to attend to our quickly changing temperature needs of the vehicle. The price was reasonable amongst all of us after we split it all up so it was well worth the rental. If we ever wine tour again in this area, Terry better be our driver! read more

Excellent customer service! We had Reston Limousine provide us with a 54-Passenger Coach Bus and a 16-Passenger White Hummer Limousine for our son's wedding this weekend and they did not disappoint. The drivers were friendly, punctual and drove everyone safely to all destinations. They did forget to provide water bottles for the bus but wasn't a big issue. Jamie drove the bus smoothly. She was super careful on every speed bump. Kevin drove the limo just as smooth! We received continuous emails of the status of the bus and limo throughout the day at every step: when they were dispatched, where their location was, when they arrived, when they left, etc. Negotiating the contract with Phillip was seemless as well. Updated review for the fantastic afternoon I had yesterday! Barry, the manager, reached out after my last review to address the issues on our last brewery tour, and he invited us back for a luxury sedan tour that we could take to any brewery or winery. We chose Fabbioli Cellars and Catoctin Distillery, and really enjoyed the beautiful drive into Loudoun County. The reservation was seamless. I communicated back and forth with Patti, who worked even late during the weekends. She drew up a detailed itinerary for us and made sure that we could get the tour date that we wanted. The private tours are set up so that your tour begins at pick-up, which you can designate to be your house, and ends at drop-off. Our driver, Manny, arrived 15 minutes early for our reservation and was cordial and professional. He drove us to our destinations without a hitch and was already set and ready to go when we came out from our tours. Unlike last time, the sedan's AC worked at full power and our driver wasn't distracted at all. I was very impressed that Reston Limousine followed-up with my negative experience and actively sought to rectify the situation. I'm so glad I went on another tour because we had an idyllic afternoon learning about wines and spirits without worrying about a designated driver. I highly recommend the company! read more

We just finished a custom tour of DC using Reston Limo and it was amazing. We had guests from out of town and we wanted to do highlights and our driver Richard delivered above and beyond. We had a couple special requests for viewing which Richard accommodated without blinking an eye. He recommended an additional stop which gave us, and our guests, a most amazing view. We had an executive vanterre to transport our bridal party to the wedding this past weekend. It was the perfect vehicle for the bride and bridesmaids to travel in their gowns comfortably. The driver was so kind and excited for them too and they all told me how special it was! The van arrive on time, no issues at all. 5 stars for both a great fleet and a great staff. We rode in a Reston Limousine for a wedding in October. The vehicles are clean and well kept! The drivers are kind and knowledgeable! But my review is really for the wonderful staff and particularly Margaret in their offices. My husband had put his phone in the back pocket of one of the seats in their vehicle. As we got off the bus and watched the bus drive away, we quickly realized his phone was still on board. It was late and we had an early flight out the next morning. Even on a Sunday - Margaret answered our call and assured us she was on it! Within a few days her and her team had found the phone and shipped it to us. Hopefully this isn't an omen of things to come...... Reston Limousine handles the between campus shuttle service for Montgomery College. Not only was the 7:45 am shuttle bus from the Rockville to Takoma Park campus 10 minutes late; the driver told the students the bus was broken and to get off. No mention of a replacement bus or other means to get to classes at Takoma Park for that shuttle trip. The shuttle trip back this afternoon from Takoma Park to Rockville; supposedly a different bus - smoke from the engine entering the rider compartment. read more

The shuttle you run for downtown crown never sticks to the schedule. Because the driver decided to leave the shady grove metro station early I got to watch them pull away as I still had one minute left until pick up time. Now I am forced to either pay for an Uber or wait 30 mins. If your going to have a schedule you should stick to it! read more

When most people think of ordering a limo for their wedding, they imagine something cool and a little luxurious for themselves on their special day. Not for us. Nope, the limo was for my dad and his friends - my husband and I (the groom and bride), would be driving to the wedding in my dad's van, carrying a ton of stuff that would be needed to set up the location. Heh. Thankfully, I never believed for a moment that my wedding was to be about me or my husband-to-be. It was all about my parents. Completely and totally. My husband and I were just props for *their* big day. I wanted a small wedding. Tiny really. However, my dad convinced me to expand the guest list to 60...with he and my mom claiming 34 of those slots. Yeah. This is why you didn't get invited to my wedding. *THEN*, my dad decided that since he and his guests were planning on getting wasted, that they would need transportation. In the form of a super-stretch Hummer limo. Yes, you read that right. My dad is secretly a gangsta rap-artist pimp wannabee. Or a 16 year old boy. It really explains so much. So my husband, who has a pretty wonderful sense of humor about all of this, starts calling around to all of the limo companies that service this area to find that the biggest Hummer limo he could find, could only fit 15 people. My dad didn't want two limos, as he will forever be sure that the other limo would be the one that was *really* fun, so we began looking for party buses. Again, the maximum one that we could find, could only hold up to 20. No one seemed to be able to come up with a solution for us - they were all pushing us to take 2 limos or 2 party buses, completely ignoring our key requirement that we be able to fit all of my dad's guests into one. Just as we were getting frustrated and ready to give up, my husband calls Reston Limo, who was able to come up with a simple solution. They had a big bus that could easily seat 38. While it wasn't as sexy as a Hummer, or as fun as the party bus, the big bus had the small overhead LCD screens, that could play any DVD that my parents brought with them. AWESOME! They even worked with us on the price - as my parents suddenly seemed to have deleted the word "budget" from their vocabulary. The bus was early to pick up the guests, which I personally liked (I was having all sorts of vendor issues that day - so not having to worry about the bus was a bonus), even though all my dad's guests were working on "Chinese time" which meant that practically everyone not staying at the hotel was running 10 minutes late. I was a little less pleased when it came time to pick everyone up at the end of the wedding, as the driver didn't really follow my directions, but it was also extremely late, I was very tired and cranky, and still peeved at some of my wedding vendors, so perhaps I wasn't the most coherent when giving directions. read more

Did the wine tour with Reston Limo and I thought it was great. Marie the driver got a 3rd winery added so we had 9 tastings at each of the 3 wineries. You can check which vineyards they are going to. My random group were normal friendly people. Boxed lunch can be added for 15 bucks per person, Marie had a cooler of water bottles for us. They pick up at East Falls Church Metro and it is a great way to spend a day, taste wine and not have to worry about driving under the influence or having a bored designated driver. You pay 35 for tour, tasting fees, count on 10 per person per winery, and a tip for driver (if you are a tipping kind of person). We had fun and will do it again and choose some new wineries. read more

Um, yeah, me and Mara G. hopped a Reston Limo (tour bus) up to NYC on 10/30/11 for the day. Yeah, it was nice. Roomy. We saw some movies. We stopped at those NJ Turnpike rest stops on the way up and back. Anthony, our driver, made stops in Chinatown, the TriBeCa Grand, and Times Square, at our Circle in the Square Theater. I hired them for a 60th Birthday surprise party. They were fantastic. Our party bus arrived on time in Rockville then transported us to various locations around DC. The driver was an excellent driver. He was cautious, but savvy enough to know how to navigate the streets of DC on a Saturday night. We were delivered back to our house in Rockville at the exact time we requested. The bus was clean, comfortable, & had all the amenities I asked for (microphone, CD player). I hope Drema is my shuttle driver anytime I want to travel again from the Vienna Metro station to George Mason University's Fairfax campus. At the Vienna station this past Wednesday about 2:50, Drema conscientiously made sure in detail that I was headed to the right stop, explained the schedule to the minute -- and even expressed concern that I would arrive on campus on time. (She cared enough to go over the schedule with me before I assured her that I had ample time.) After a hiccup in the beginning with some details, this company was absolutely amazing to work with and very responsive. Thierry and Carolyn were very straightforward and understanding of the process even helped me figure out the time the bus would have to leave in order to get all my guests there safely with time before the ceremony. This is a company I've seen around northern Virginia and I can understand why they would be chosen most often. We reserved a 30-seat ADA bus for our senior generation and out of town guests for my brother's USN retirement ceremony - pick up in Potomac, MD and ceremony at the Navy Memorial downtown. Our driver, BJ, was incredibly helpful. I appreciated that he arrived early (he and I actually got to the Bolger Center at the same time). Coming from VA, I was worried about traffic and it was a great relief to see the Reston Limousine bus as I arrived. BJ was very careful in using the lift for my dad, who is in a wheelchair. He made sure my dad was secure for the drives as well. We were very pleased with BJ's customer service. We were late getting out of the venue for the return trip and he was patient with us. He was also a safe and confident driver. This was our second experience and I recommend Reston Limo very highly - their team is awesome! read more

Was staying in the National Harbor area and tried to purchase day passes thru the App for the Circulator shuttle operated by RLS. We purchased the passes and the credit card was charged, but we did not receive the passes. Thought it was going to be a lost cause in trying to rectify the issue, but to my surprise it was not. I called the number for customer service on the website and when I explained the issue, they were able to refund our money plus they made sure we could enjoy the benefits of the Circulator shuttle free of charge for the day. Reston Limo - I wanted to take the time to compliment our driver Karmjeet from Sunday September 17th Nationals game. Karmjeet was uber professional gentleman who drive smoothly and slowed down for the large pot holes on 1-66 - we greatly appreciated his thoughtfulness. I noticed our driver exhibited the utmost professionalism Sunday evening the minute my wife and I boarded Ballpark bus in Reston. Karmjeet was the target of a pesky annoying woman, who boarded at Ashburn and sat right behind Karmjeet. She could not help herself from offering your Reston Limo driver "directions" on how to get to Nationals Park. Seriously! The annoying woman really got going when she directed our driver where to let us off at Nationals Park! Hello - the the same spot for years - next to 1st Plate entrance gate! She was badgering Karmjeet about some nonsense with left passengers and Uber. After the game was over we all boarded the bus and she arrived, obviously she had been drinking, and now 'held court' standing up in the front of the bus having a one-way conversation with herself facing the passengers. Most of 'us' passengers took the 'high road' and ignored her. She then turned her attention to Karmjeet and again gave him her best directions out of downtown back to Reston and Ashburn repeatedly. She blathered some incoherent 395 directions and again Karmjeet was professional and demurred her suggestions - multiple times. Repeatedly he exhibited professionalism and did not engage more than necessary with her with her baggering. My wife and I have been riding Ballpark bus since it started years ago at Willow Creek (pre-Reston Limo days!). We have had the pleasure of Victor's driving many Ballpark bus trips to Nationals Park and even a break down in Reston two years ago! The Ballpark bus and Reston Limo drivers are professionals and obviously do not to take directions from annoying passengers. We applaud Ballpark Bus and Reston Limo. read more
