I should mention that I have been using Money Tree Finance for over 20 years, and have never defaulted or been late on any loan I have had with them in the past couple of decades - indeed, almost every loan I have ever taken out with them has been paid off early. There were three employees present as I walked in - after a couple of minutes of being ignored, I finally approached the closest person and informed her I was a previous customer and had just paid off a $900 or so loan less than two months before. The Money Tree Finance agent left her desk and returned with my thick file of personal and financial history of my loans and pay-offs with this particular loan agency. I was treated with rudeness, disdain and contempt - when I asked for the manager's assistance because of the incompetence of the newly hired worker whom I had been unfortunate enough to be working with first, I was then treated rudely and with more disdain by the manager who did not take the time to listen to my questions or concerns. NEVER GO TO MONEY TREE FINANCE - THEY ARE COMPLETE SHIT-FACED ASSHOLES WHO DO NOT WANT YOUR BUSINESS UNLESS YOU KISS THEIR FAT ASSES!!!

After I had a security issue, they were lightning fast to notify me and take care of the problem proactively. In the end, things like this are always still a pain to deal with so I did end up having to stop in and handle a few loose ends, and this branch was on my route that day. Now, I don't know what this building is all about, because it's awfully large and the lobby isn't huge. But this is indeed a retail branch, and perhaps there are other offices attached. I was served pretty quickly, and the person assisting me was very thorough and took their time. And I can appreciate that. But, in the end, after we handled our business, I was excused to have a seat and wait for a card to be printed, and this part was kind of excruciating. I timed the whole visit, and it was a 40-minute endeavor, while the lion's share of that was spent waiting for the card. Overall, I was pretty satisfied with how it went. And this branch was in good mask and distancing compliance for COVID, so that was good. But the long wait, paired with a parenthetical annoyance that they are now defaulting their formerly-free checking account clients into checking accounts with a monthly fee, means there are certainly areas of improvement to be had.

Last week…read moreI was robbed my drivers license, bank card & car keys, while stuck at my work place after my items being stolen - I spoke with Chase to have my card cancelled and my account frozen. While my card was cancelled my account wasn't frozen in time and SOMEHOW, SOMEONE by the name of Emily who worked at this branch allowed a person to walk into this branch and pull out over $2,000 of my money out of my savings OVER THE COUNTER, somehow BYPASSING my pin. This information finally posted in my Chase account. Chase refused to give me the information to give to the police as there is a police investigation under way. Chase bank and their employees did NOTHING to protect my resources and allowed someone who was not me to rob my bank account. It has been a week and I still have not seen my stolen funds returned to me.
