I really appreciated my experience here. I got very far behind on my taxes and I had long term anxiety about it. My taxes were quite complicated, so i knew i needed a CPA that had time and experience to work with me. I found that it is surprisingly hard to find a good CPA, many of them don't have the knowledge I was seeking or they take on so many clients that they seem too stressed out and it makes me feel uncomfortable to speak with them. Another fear I had was the possible encounter of a scam artist. Taxes are quite an intimate job, you are giving away a lot of your personal information, so it can be a risk if you don't do your research, even if you do your research, it is still a risk. I knew immediately when I spoke to Charlotte that she was a real professional I could trust. She gave me a feeling of peace when I spoke to her on Zoom. She also immediately started working on my taxes, even though she said I didn't have to pay until she completed her side of the work. This made me feel like her and her company were even more genuine so i had no problem trusting her. PROS: 1. The CPA doesn't appear to be too stressed out or take too many clients, making a more personal and trustworthy experience. 2.High Level of professionalism 3. I felt I could trust this company 4. Quick and efficient communication 5. The ability to review the work before I pay 6. I liked the pre made templates. They were helpful for organization of my personal business. CONS: 1. I didn't really experience cons but I feel like I should put one. 2. I would have liked to meet in person as it creates a more trustworthy experience. 3.
