My wife and I closed on our first house this past year and we HIGHLY recommend Capital M Lending as a mortgage broker. Michael is an extremely kind, patient, dedicated, and knowledgeable broker. We actually had a really wild house purchasing process (not at all related to our mortgage), with multiple real estate professionals attesting it is one of the craziest house hunt journeys they have ever heard of. Yet through all the trials and tribulations, Michael was a consistent, reliable, calming presence. I NEVER thought I would say that one of my favorite parts of buying a house was a mortgage broker, but there we are. We actually signed documents at 4 different title companies (not an exaggeration), and every single time the same thing happened: they would ask who we were working with, and when we mentioned Capital M Lending, they all said "Ohhh we LOVE Michael and his folks! You're just fine." Then they seemed to relax because they knew there wouldn't be any issues with the mortgage from our end. We did initially look at multiple other brokers, a bank, and a credit union. There was no question that Michael was the easiest to work with, and the estimate tool he created is FAR better, clearer, and simpler to use than anything anyone else provided. About 5 years ago Aaron Was answering emails from two lost crazy boys from CA that we're trying to buy there first property. He was so kind and generous with his time.
