BE CAREFUL, specially for tourist who comes far outside Netherlands!!!! The way they sell their thing is pushy, with fake hospitality. They show impatience just to make customer certainly make decision to buy. If eventually you buy something there, you must check again, they actually put something that you don't order, ex: if you want to buy suit for number 46, they will say they have the size whereas they don't. They simply put a bigger number and quickly wrap it, and immediately make the bill and ask you the payment. You can't check because the item will be given only after you pay. But if you check, they will look so angry and ask you why you check again. They surely show that they've been offended. Yes, this is their trick to scare customer .
Tips for you: Don't be afraid, just keep checking it, because if you find something wrong later, for example if you find it when you're already in your home country, it would be too late. That's what happened to me.
I bought a tailcoat suit for my friend there just before I left Netherlands (My friend knew the store since he once visited it). I found apparently they put wrong size after I was already in Jakarta. I wanted to complain but they don't have website nor e-mail. When I came back to Netherlands a moth later they said why I didn't come back before 8 days of purchasing (of course they talked with unpleasant way). I replied that of course it would be stupid to fly within short period between Indonesia and Netherlands for a suit. They kept skeptical within a war of words and eventually they said that I just couldn't change it because the smallest number they ever sold was 48. So they DECEIVED me at the time they said it was 46!!! When I complained why they didn't tell me about this smallest number (so actually I shouldn't have bought anything there), they came again to the topic that I should have come back before 8 days instead of one month.
