The building has been torn down because of damage from the hurricanes. I went in to get a prepaid…read morecard and a teller told me they don't have a prepaid card. I went to another branch and they teller knew exactly what I was talking about. It's now called something else. I think something along the lines of a prepaid checking account. I needed something else that a personal banker needed to do. The one at this branch didn't give me her full attention because if the line got to long she had to leave me and get the line down in the lobby. She also had to leave early because she needed to bring her dog to the vet. I'm an animal lover but she should have just said I'm sorry I can't help you right now because I'm leaving early. She was also the only personal bankers there. Also my mom needed to close out her checking account and the personal banker transferred my mom's money to my account. My mom told the personal banker she was on my account and not to transfer the money to my account. It's like as long as the money was out of the closed account it was okay.
