Over the last few months I have become more concerned about the JP Morgan name (a somewhat infamous robber baron in America's early history, whose railroads had a nasty tendency of crushing strikes by the workers), but individual people and the availability of local branches has so far kept me loyal. Chase bank's app and signage in their branches really try to position them as a bank for the common person. But their emphasis on "private clients" - who apparently have more status than the "common man" - and their emphasis on "wealth management" give me concern that they actually are primarily a bank for rich people Today Tenesha offered me a perfect combination of very polished and professional presence with natural friendliness. She told me that she is beginning to move from simply being a cashier to also being a banker. I like the model at Chase that has people switching up roles. I could see her being a wonderful banker. When I asked to get the card for one of their bankers, so that I would have personal numbers to call when the 800 number lets me down - as it has on occasion - she gave me the card of Jennifer Martin. I am going to be in New Orleans for another two or three months and have business dealings in the Audubon Park neighborhood. I may have occasion to ask Jennifer for help - and hope that she will be as responsive as some other Chase bankers have proven to be.

Makes ALL the difference in the world, for people who work and need that time-window. Otherwise, it's a great experience to do banking. Oh, I also hear that their over-draft protection isn't good but I have never over-drafted yet, so...& one more thing: Where is the drive-through? I never see drive through at any of the Whitney's I have visited.

Overdraft protection they give you an overdraft protection and you can't use it the way you want to like every other day gives you a $500 overdraft protection Whitney gives you an overdraft protection and only gives you a $40 overdraft and still cannot use it why give you an overdraft on your account if you can't use it I think they should give you a $500 overdraft protection to help customers and once you exceed that limit you can't overdraft do you pay that back that's the way they should do it study the system doing it and see if they going to allow you to do it or not if that's the case they should not give no one and overdraft protection that's the only problem that Hancock Whitney. They need to change that but otherwise all the tellers are very nice I like I said it's a shame they give you an overdraft protection and can't even use it

I arrived at the drive-thru a few minutes before 12:00 noon and was behind a white pickup truck. When I pulled up, the truck appeared as though it was about to leave, but instead the driver placed the vehicle in park and remained there for several minutes. After 12:00 noon, the driver then sent an empty canister to the teller. When I pulled up immediately afterward, the teller refused to respond or assist me in any way. This was extremely frustrating, especially since I was present before the noon closing time. I then contacted customer service to report the incident. I waited approximately 20 minutes to speak with a representative, who showed little concern about what had occurred and did not seem interested in documenting or addressing the issue. This experience was unprofessional and unacceptable. Unfortunately, this is not the first negative experience I've had at the Elysian Fields Avenue location, and it has left me seriously considering moving my banking elsewhere. Similarly, there is the super sweet staff. NEVER a line!! And as soon as you walk in the door, they greet you and ask how they can help you. Too much activity on your card (and heaven forbid you make loads of purchases out of town) means for a phone call, but it's easy enough to get in touch to alert them that you actually don't spend 365 days a year in NOLA. All around, I just like this bank. There. I said it. No Chase or other major banks for me. I'll stick with Bank of New Orleans. PS. car loans, too! You speak to real people who advise you and who don't seem super slick rick.
