He clearly explained what was needed to fix it and gave me multiple options: I could pick it up and install the parts myself, bring him the parts for installation, or let him handle everything. I chose to have him order and install the parts. He sent me pictures and pricing for the recommended parts before ordering anything, which I really appreciated.
