DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! First appointment with Frank he was LATE, and busy answering his son's soccer. calls instead of the CLIENT in front of him. Count date later and Frank has bombed my case. Was supposed to be a simple issue but I assume that isn't up to his comprehension skills. It's 2026, and soon you will be out of money big boy! A law firm is a BUSINESS! Treat it like that instead of your house. It is UNPROFESSIONAL to 1, show up late to scheduled meetings. 2, not remember the case or what is happening. 3 to NOT SHOW UP AT ALL! Then blame it on you. 4, to get hired as a family attorney and refuse to touch any modifications, judgments, amend anything, help with prep for court. Absolutely nothing! If your a mother watch out also because he will blame the problem on YOU! I was disappointed since dav 1 ot hiring FRANK! of hiring Frank, but was told to trust but he has done LESS THAN ME! Thank you Frank. For causing me more distress and arguing with YOUR CLIENT! Also wasting thousands from family's to support your wife's BENZ! And pay for your son to attend private school! While we (the families) are counting on you for help, but I would consider that to be the equivalent of arguing with a peice of dirt. The two individuals told me that they don't know anything about this process and don't know if legally they can do it. DID I MENTION I SHOWED THEM A SIGNED CERTIFIED TRUE COURT ORDER? They were rude to me and not sympathetic to the fact that my dad died just 2 months ago and now they are making this process wholly heartbreaking. Worthless business with incompetent owners/staff who don't know the pertinent laws. I can file a motion to compel them to follow the court order and make them pay my attorney fees and court costs for the hassle but who has time for that? I recommend you avoid this place like the plague. They are a dime a dozen and the next place I went to (the actual DMV) processed me with no hassles.

This time, however, it has taken multiple calls, over 10 days and I still don't have new plate and registration. Every time I call, I feel like I have to remind her of the situation. How many title transfers have you had in the last week that involved succession paperwork and death certificate that you can't remember? I've lost total confidence that she hasn't lost the original title and don't know when I'll get my plate. Should have saved the $20 for the fee for them to do it and gone to wait at DMV myself. It's been over a year and a half since the flood, so you really can't continue to blame it for bad origination and forgetfulness. If you need notary paperwork alone, you should be okay, but I would go wait in line at the DMV to get your plate.
