The guy added that you also get a 10% discount on single prices if you buy four, and there prices were fair to begin with IMO. Don't fooled by the cooler cases and be sure to step into the beer cave to see the full selection! Super nice, super helpful, good prices, great selection--not much to say about the decor! I think I will be back in West Hartford, and when I do, this will be my shop.

Again, the selection for craft beer and wine is very good. However, Kay won't let me pick my own beer. He always picks the most expensive thing out of the cooler and hands it to me, then grabs another and loads my arms up and acts offended if I put them back and pick something else. It's either an awkward battle or you just go with it. I spent $49 on two 4 packs of IPAs and they are only ok. Of course you don't know what you're spending until they ring you up. I hope he reads this and realizes he lost a very loyal customer. He has done this multiple times, but this was the last. I'm going down the street and getting what I want, even if the selection is limited.

They were well stocked and organized. They had everything a liquor store would normally have; from wine, craft beers, bourbon, spirits, and more. The prices were comparable to other liquor stores. They had candy canes that were filled with moonshine and whiskey; we bought a few of those for Christmas gifts because they were super cute. Everybody loved them. The next day he delivered the order himself with a nice discount. I appreciated the effort because although mistakes will happen what is important is the effort put in to correct them. The managers action made me feel valued as a customer even though I am not a frequent consumer of their products.
