Todd is one of the few I've worked with in my 5+ years of living in this city who really stand out. He's just an all-around consummate professional. Todd has an incredible depth of industry knowledge and general housing experience that he draws from that he used to guide my wife and I throughout our first home purchase at the beginning of September. And in the rare instance that he didn't know something, he always took the time to research it and follow-up as soon as he could. But even more important for me was Todd's humility and integrity. While real-estate agents are often seen as simple salespeople, Todd never came a cross as salesy whatsoever. He would always try to remain impartial, objective, and honest, even if that meant compromising his own bottom line. I could see Todd's integrity a mile away, which is why I felt comfortable trusting him with a transaction of this size.
