I've been a patient at this office for over 10 years & unfortunately, I'm officially done. I miss…read morethe days when it was a smaller, more personal practice & Dr. Gonzalez was still around. She truly cared--she followed up herself, worked tirelessly for her patients & even called to remind you about your annual appointments. That kind of genuine care is long gone. My experience over the last two years has been terrible. Since they expanded, it's like they completely forgot how to treat their patients. They don't remember anything from prior visits, there's barely any follow-through & everything feels rushed & impersonal. Now, they've added insult to injury by announcing that they're going to start charging patients for basic services--things we can't even do ourselves. Even something as simple as a prescription refill feels like you're bothering the nurse or PA. It's crystal clear: they don't care about patient well-being anymore, they just care about squeezing more money out of you. And to top it all off, they had the nerve to send out this email announcing the new fees--while shamelessly promoting their extra services at the bottom. As if we'd want to pay for even more after being told we'll now be charged for the basics. The lack of self-awareness is shocking. I even went back & removed the 5-star review I once left. This office is not what it used to be--it's become disorganized, disconnected & profit-driven. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone anymore.

Absolutely the worst office billing experience possible. From an annual non covered service fee…read morethat they implemented last year of $50 to coding your insurance bills incorrectly, they are just trying to make money and don't care to inform the patients when they charge you. I had called and asked for prenatal care for a pregnancy and was told okay to come in. Instead they charged it as a diagnostic, not as prenatal care then proceed to tell me afterward they don't code insurance for prenatal because they don't don prenatal care and then charge a few hundred dollars. Why on earth allow the patient to think they are coming for prenatal care when they don't offer it. It's an absolute scam on their end and their office should be flagged for that. Their doctors are fine, but beware of all the billing issues and surprises. Unethical coding practices.

Dr. D is straight forward and informative…read more She was my second opinion as I had been suffering with endo for years. My current ob-gyn didn't really take my symptoms seriously as I had been suffering with extreme pain during my menstrual cycle for years and it began to get worse over time. All she stated was "you just need to get pregnant." I was tired of the pain and needed answers. The pain would keep me up at night. One early morning I had, had enough and did a google search for endo specialists in the area and Dr. D's name popped up. Considering how much pain I was in, I was thinking this has to be it. Surely she will give me the answers I need. I filled out a form online and was contacted that day. I scheduled a consultation and Dr. D informed me of my options after giving her my symptoms. Going in we thought a simple laparoscopy would happen. Upon finding out, via ultra-sound, I had a fibroid, Dr. D performed a myomectomy. She explained the process and recovery and assured me I'd be fine. Just to be frank, my results were pretty bad. Endo on my uterus, ovaries and Fallopian tubes; along with Adenomyosis and my uterus was pretty much destroyed by the Endo. I knew a hysterectomy would end up being my near future after hearing this news. Speaking with Dr. D about best options, I could tell she was pretty sad for me. I could tell she was concerned about how I would take the news. She explained my options and answered my questions. Although I didn't have a "happy" ending, I finally found out why I was in so much pain. Don't wait too late like I did. I honestly think had I found her years ago, my results would be different. Painful periods that keep you in bed and taking tons of medicine is not normal. Go see Dr. D. I honestly think she is one of the best.

6/12 update: Called their office - it is obvious they truly believed in themselves and speak highly…read moreof themselves on their standard of care. I can only agree to disagree. The level of care they are showing me today is 7 years too late. ========================== She performed surgeries on me twice. I was told everything went well, both times. However, findings from years later would say otherwise. I have records to back this up. Not to disclose the medical details, but here is a peak: During a scheduled office visit two weeks after the 2nd surgery, I shared with the office staff (maybe a nurse) the specific questions & findings I need to ask her that day after they checked in. I was told Dr. Danilyants will see me shortly after they took my blood pressure + heart rate. Then, 15 minutes later, that same staff/nurse came to tell me Dr.Danilyants CAN'T see me today. No calls or anything from her or her office EVER SINCE. That says a lot, ain't it?
