The staff at Wells Motors are honest and extremely helpful. The staff at Wells Motor welcome new customers and provide an excellent customer experience. In the interest of fairness to Marlborough Service Station and since it is impossible to delete or…read moreedit previous reviews on this site, I wanted to add an update to say that the garage have made concerted efforts to rectify the situation and to apologise for the misunderstanding of the work I wanted carried out on the van. They have mended the damaged door and carried out some additional work free of charge as a gesture of goodwill. Happy to report that they at least do care about their reputation enough to work hard to rectify the negative experience I had.
