He told me he would come look at the yard, but no-showed, went to another town, and ignored my follow-up calls while actively posting on social media about having "open slots." ​When I finally got a hold of him again the next day, he brushed it off with a text saying he had two guys quit and couldn't cut the lawn. Being short-handed is understandable, but ghosting a customer for two days instead of taking 10 seconds to be honest is just bad business. When it doesn't come out the way I want it, it is my fault for not communicating everything and physically being there to ensure the outcome. Everyone is quick to blame others, but other than a couple of pillars that needed to be straightened out, all is well. They work hard. They work fast. They are responsive and punctual. They have served me very well. We manage several mobile home parks. I always pay them in cash since at the end and their pricing if fair for the effort put in. They can pull and push a home where ALL of the other big guys that have worked for me in the past can't or wouldn't. I've never had a contract with them. I don't talk about liability with them. Bought a home from these guys last year. I've been holding off on writing a review but after…read morefinding issue after issue with this place I think it's time. Adam's affordable homes replaced all the carpet and installed a new water heater before selling us our double wide. That would be great if they used the correct wiring for the water heater and knew how to put carpet down. To this day we have palm sized gavel and rocks under our carpet in multiple spots around the house. We also have to rewire our water heater because the gauge used by Adams affordable homes was not rated for the amount of electricity being drawn by the unit they installed. Huge fire hazard... In fact we came across issues with all electrical work his team did. We had to get an electrician to rewire and fix the dish washer and a couple other things around the house as well. On top of that they promised a two week maximum time period before they'd be able to move our home and insured there would be no damage during transport. After a month and a half of them ignoring us and not getting any work done we had to get law enforcement involved. Eventually they did move the home but the house was completely trashed during the trip. Our windows were left open to be rained in during the drive... causing them to have permanent water damage and warping to this day. They also managed to crack windows, put holes in the new roof, and destroy vinyl in multiple places. To add insult to injury someone managed to fall through our ceiling in our house. We managed to get some of the damage fixed by Adams team but a lot was left and the areas that were repaired were half-assed at best. I held off a long time writing this review but after stepping on gravel under the carpet daily and seeing some of Adam's cringy TikTok videos about how amazing his home installations are I could not resist. Please don't buy from these guys! Use our experience as an example.
