She had the knowledge and professional courtesy to explain to me what to expect. The movers showed up on time and explained to me everything up front as to what the rate was and all that needed to be done. The movers took the time needed to take apart all our furnishings put them back together better than when delivered. I wanted to write this to credit the four movers that came out to our home. All of our stuff was wrapped and delivered as nice as possible . They were very polite and took the time to wrap and place all of our high end electronics,disconnected our ice maker as well as all of our appliances. The baby grand piano that has been in our family for two generations was disassembled and shipped without any damage even though they had to move it up two flights of stairs. The total cost for the move impressed me compared to previous moves. They deserve all the prompts for a move well done. Oh and by the way they even referred me to a piano tuner. I have moved several times over the years and I can't say how much I am pleased with this company. From the beginning the moving company stayed very attentive to my needs. They all took the time to care for my floors carefully seeing that they were covered and stayed as good as ever. Every piece of furniture was well prepared and blanketed. My experience with this company was as good as it gets they had us cracking up the movers were so funny, kind and carefull not damage any of our belongings. I demanded that they take special care when moving our grandfather clock and it was moved effortlessly without ascratch the men moved very fast and finished before we thought that they would.
