When it doesn't come out the way I want it, it is my fault for not communicating everything and physically being there to ensure the outcome. Everyone is quick to blame others, but other than a couple of pillars that needed to be straightened out, all is well. They work hard. They work fast. They are responsive and punctual. They have served me very well. We manage several mobile home parks. I always pay them in cash since at the end and their pricing if fair for the effort put in. They can pull and push a home where ALL of the other big guys that have worked for me in the past can't or wouldn't. I've never had a contract with them. I don't talk about liability with them.
