And plenty of things that should have been moved never made it in the truck. Now I have to hire someone else to dispose of the unwanted items and then move the ones that got left behind. Was not impressed by the work ethic. They could not get my couch in but didn't really try until I pulled on it when I walked in the room. They made several comments about how I should just sell my couch. Well it's not an option. I can't afford a new couch, I paid them to move it. They made comments while they thought I was out of earshot. This company apparently thinks it's okay to belittle paying customers and their belongings while in their home, thinking the customer can't hear them. They stacked items in my garage without ever asking where they should go, including a box of fragile Christmas decorations that they stacked off balance on top of some pots. Picture attached. They finished up 20 minutes early so i asked them to try the couch again. It felt like they barely tried. The one Colston, told me they were putting it in the garage. This job was never completed. After they left I called the company and told them to send me pros, not kids. Advised them of the situation and the belittling remarks. The wife of the owner, and one of the owners called me back to let me know she would talk to her team. She then sent me a text, not a call. Didn't have the professionalism or courtesy to call me back. They failed to send anyone out to help with the couch, deducted a measly 15 minutes from the invoice for the 1 mover being late. After receiving this text from her, i called. They didn't pick up. I texted and told them to call me. I called again and spoke to Will, the owner. I didn't get anywhere. He too refused to make this right and are still charging me the full price. He said their movers take pictures and record videos of every move. Umm excuse me? So you are taking pictures and videos without my consent? I texted and asked about that and have yet to hear a response. I told him on the phone earlier that I would be leaving a crap review and on-line. He mentioned that he is a woman owned, veteran owned business. Well if we are going to bring that up, thank you Knoxville Moving Company for treating a woman veteran like this. My husband was also military and unfortunately is no longer here because of it. Unfortunately the general manager did not handle this well from an emotional standpoint. He was quite abrasive in dealing with us during this adverse situation. He ultimately got the reschedule done but did want to charge a 15% fee to do it. I never saw this in the signed contract but I agreed to pay half just to be done with it and him. I would only use this company again if I had a DIFFERENT contact than him.

They dropped residue on the floor and burned places in the floor. They also damaged a hutch and knocked a hole in the wall at the same time. We had broken dishes, scarred, furniture, and worst of all the manager refused to talk to us for a long time. It was a nightmare of a move and we have moved several times. A few things were eventually repaired but not everything like the ceramic angels from our mothers' funerals that were beheaded. They were triple bubble wrapped and also wrapped withh other packing material and nothing else was in the box with them. There was too much damage to write here.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at a great value with Angry Ducks! I booked with them one…read moreweek prior to my move, but had to reschedule my mover time the night before the move from the morning 10am to the afternoon around 2pm as I needed more time to pack. They were very accommodating and let me change the time. It turned out that I had to move at 2pm because my 20 ft U-Haul was not on site for 10am pickup and it took 3 hours for me to wait for the U-Haul booking transfer and drive to pick up my truck at the closest U-Haul site 30 miles away. I finally arrived at home around 1:45 pm and the Angry Ducks were already there ready to move! Due to the truck rebooking, I didn't have enough time to finish taking down my furniture and packing my items, and the Angry ducks kindly jumped in and unscrewed my furniture for pack up and load. We finished within my allotted time and I was overjoyed at the professional service neatly packing all of my items in the 20ft U-Haul truck with room to spare!
