He takes the time to listen to my concerns and goals, really thinks about the issue, and comes up with a realistic plan that has me feeling better asap. Most recently I came in for some foot pain that the doctor was sure was tendonitis, Jeff realized it was an alignment issue, and resolved weeks of pain with one adjustment! For issues that require home exercises, it's easy to sometimes do the right movements with the wrong muscles. Jeff makes sure you learn how to do them with helpful physical and verbal queues as you're doing them, which makes a huge difference in how relevant they feel and how effective they are. I'm so grateful to Pro pt for keeping me healthy and doing the activities I enjoy, I recommend them to all my friends, the people at my gym, servers at restaurants, anyone who needs or might need a physical therapist!

He was the second doctor working in a building with a physical therapy clinic that steered me there. They are extremely thorough, knowledgable, and take all the time necessary to make sure they understand your issues. And the follow up to fine tune the treatment is also exceptional. I currently go to their office in Cross Plains, and it deserves as much praise as the home office.

YMMV. Jessica always takes the time to find the root problem, explain it with as little or as much detail as I can handle, then assigns exercises or stretches that will fix the problem. Her gentle but precise touch can release even the most stubborn knots or painful strains. Do your stretches or exercises, if it hurts she can modify your routine until you have overcome that issue. Nathan is always professional, helpful and courteous, helping to schedule appointments, answer any questions or deal with insurance billing.

Jessica and Nate are extraordinarily nice, professional, and know. their. stuff. I met with Jessica, who lead me through a series of movements and helped me assess what was going on. I went to New Life Physical Therapy to receive PT for a hip replacement surgery. At my first…read moreappointment, checking in with the office receptionist I was told about my responsibility for payment after what Medicare and medigap insurance covered. Then I met physical therapist. The first thing he told me was about my responsibility to pay for any costs that Medicare or medigap insurance didn't cover. I got the message. At my fifth appointment I was told I owed $83 from the first appointment that was not paid by medigap and Medicare. I have no problem paying and did pay the $83. I have now have a copy of the billing ledger for all five of my past appointments and the charges are excessive. I saw that for my second appointment, (a approx. 35-40 minute visit) with a few basic therapy exercises, the charges are $446.50 and is billed to Medicare and medigap. You got to be kidding me. I have not been billed yet, but expect my portion for the second appointment to exceed $100. Then there are three more appointments after that yet to be billed. I'm done with this clinic and will not use them for PT considering how much it costs. I've cancelled the four remaining appointments. The nine original visits scheduled for my physical therapy would probably have cost more than all the hospital charges I have received (after Medicare and medigap) for the hip replacement surgery in total. Charges should not be this high for standard physical therapy, especially with Medicare.
