I had an extremely unprofessional experience with Capland Embroidery. I brought in two jerseys that I personally purchased from Amazon to be customized for Super Bowl weekend. I sent my boyfriend to drop them off, but due to the owner constantly changing the pricing every time I called, I made sure to follow up the next morning to confirm the final design and cost. After receiving the first jersey, I was completely dissatisfied with the result. I immediately contacted the shop and clearly stated that I did not want the second jersey done. Despite this, the owner went ahead and customized the second one without my consent. When I requested a refund for the second jersey--especially since I had specifically told them not to continue--he refused. This was not only disrespectful but also unacceptable, as he performed unauthorized work on an item I owned and entrusted to him under clear terms. If anyone has the owner's full legal name, please contact me. I'm looking into pursuing legal action for the unauthorized service and lack of accountability. I do not recommend Capland Embroidery. Save your time, money, and stress. read more

I was disappointed with the service. Prior to going to the store, I called to verify if they could do the job for me, as I explained that I had an OFM file. I live in the west coast and needed a couple additional shirts. They couldn't download my file nor did they try, and didnt have many fonts. The person debated with me about the hoop size and what I needed. I immediately knew that the 5.5!mighty hoop was not the correct hoop size. I would not recommend Capland for any jobs I'm unable to complete from the west coast. read more

Okay so I am finally sitting to pen my review. I've been to this facility several times in the past six months and with that being said, I can say that my interaction in business affairs with the owner/embroiderest (is that a word) because, he wears many hats you know, have been interesting. He's a fair man, however I think is pricing algorithm is relative; that being said I have learned to write things down as a relates to pricing matters. I do find his pricing to be a little bit above the average, but hey it is what it is #queserasera. He has a pre-pay policy, which makes sense, it protects him from having personalized, unwanted, hard to sell items all over the place. He has excellent turn around time, depending on size, I have received most items, within 24 to 48 hours. Being located in the Clearview Shopping Mall is really good, parking can sometimes be hectic but remember it is a shopping mall. #takeitlight read more

I needed to get my scrub tops embroidered for work. I had previous embroidered scrubs and was having no luck finding someone one to remove the old embroidery and replace it. That is, until I brought my uniforms to Capland Embroidery. I was warned that I may see stitching on my tops from having embroidery removed and replaced. However, this was not the case at all. Looking at my scrub tops you could never tell the difference! Also Capland didn't have my logo for my hospital. No problem. I texted a picture to the owner and he promised he could do it, and boy did he deliver. I brought my scrubs on a Saturday, and was promised a finished date of Tuesday. To my delight my scrubs were ready Monday afternoon! A whole day ahead of schedule! I am so pleased with their work, I just had to tell the Yelp community about it. I just experienced the very best customer service of all time. Adam and Faye of CapLand graciously accepted a last minute request on December 16 to monogram 150 blankets needed by December 21. Not only did they complete the project to perfection, it was at half the price charged by other monogramming establishments.
