Our home is fairly new, but James explained that not enough insulate and bad ventilation could cause the issue we are experiencing. The night after James from Capstone added new baffles in our attic and more insulation, the temperature dropped to -20c outside. Yet our bedroom was actually warm like the rest of the house for the first time on a cold night. Since then we have reduced our thermostat by 2 degrees but we feel warmer and more comfortable upstairs. To have top personnel come out on the job, is absolutely a plus. Second, I watched and asked questions in the beginning- they were not at all annoyed but in fact answered everything I had to ask. They were very polite. Lastly, after they were done, the cleanup was as if you never knew they were there. GS insul cleaned up every step of the way. None of my bushes that were in front of the house were damaged. They were careful and respectful every step of the way. They also did my attic and my crawl space.
