Dr. Caponio is one of those rare individuals who just seem to be in a positively contagious mood no matter what day and time. I have had different types of injuries and an annoying low back pain and I haven't had one consultation which him where I didn't leave feeling relieved. I love how he listens and has a more wholistic approach to his adjustments. I was suffering with paresthesia on my right foot and right hand. I had seen my PCP, neurology, spine clinic - had some recommendations for spinal tap and ongoing pain management with medication. I went to see dr. Caponio and he alerted me to how tight my muscles on my legs and arms and massaged them. It was painful but the shift was so noticeable that I am still shocked. For the first time in my life I walked out of a chiropractor's office feeling noticeably better, not in a painful stiff kind of way either but improved range of motion and less achiness. When searching for chiropractors, I always suggest to make sure they know and uses the gonstead method. Not all chiropractors are the same and it's very hard to look for chiropractors that's knows about gonstead method. He takes his time to assess your condition. Also this is the only chiropractor that actually measured both my arms length and legs. I highly recommend this chiropractor and I even willing to drive 20 miles just for an adjustment. read more

Dr Caponia keeps moving his office farther and farther from me. This is the third move since I first started going to him. I admittedly only go when I have thrown out my back, which may happen every couple years. When I do go, the pain goes away. But I have to say, the last time I went, it just was not the same. He as not the warm and friendly doctor h was when I have seen him in the past. He now has a staff of young women who work reception, weigh you, and are in the room with you during the procedure. He is very business like and shows you a chart that explains how you should come back every week, then every two weeks, etc. The upselling is real. I was especially disappointed because I have been raving about him for years to my son and encouraging him to go see him. He finally did and he had the same experience with him. Not that warm and friendly and lots of upselling. Sorry to say that I won''t be returning. I miss his warmth and his mom working reception. WOW! Very thorough exam, this was my first visit and not the last! Blown away how professional Dr Caponio is. I started seeing a chiropractor in 2015 and from then I've only seen 2 Dr's. Dr.Caponio is the 3rd and final one because I no longer need to go elsewhere to get fixed! I came to him because he does the y strap decompression & since finding this out on YouTube s couple years ago I couldn't find a place that does it, but now I have! My first visit was great, appointment was at 4:15pm I got there 15 min early just in case I needed to sign anything extra but everything was on time, we sat down talked about what's bothering me & then he did the exam, checking my motion, feeling the body out, checked the length of my legs, holy cow this literally felt like I was watching myself on YouTube lol it was thorough pointing out everything that was tight down to my feet & he had his assistant take notes of what he worked on which was surprising to me because the other chiro's I worked with never did that. He pulled out the massage gun, and went to work. The first half of the adjustment was like literally my entire visit at my previous chiropractors couple of cracks and then bye don't get me wrong it was great but this was like whoa we're just getting started and immediately felt relief on my lower back which initially started this whole journey to get back to a pain free back. So he does another technique where I'm on my knees on a contraption and man everything kept getting looser and looser. If you haven't decompressed your spine or thought about, your missing out! It looks intimidating but the relief you fill is out of this world. I was given a mouth guard to bite on for the y strap and BOOM! Felt it from my neck all the way to my calf! At the end of the adjustment made a plan now we're gonna see how I progress within the month and go from there. Visit was $130 for being a new patient with adjustments & y strap decompression I wish I came 5 years ago when my pain first started. I'm excited to work with Dr.Caponio already can't wait for my next visit next week lol. He was recommended to me by the amazing massage therapist Cecilia, who work in the practice as well. I was looking for a chiropractor to treat some lower back pain I've had for the past six months or so. I had been to a chiropractor once before for chronic headaches that I've had since I was a teenager, so I knew that was what I needed.
