Worst experience at a cleaners. Staff doesn't seem to record requests. Had brand new clothes with tags on needing light steam for light wrinkles. Clothes came back looking like as sent. Rip for 50$ for 5 pieces. Sorry...one piece needed dry cleaning prior to press. Kim said..." dry clean before press is indicated." I agreed and said yes to dry clean as she said dirt shouldn't ever be pressed into cloth. Well, they did that. Press and no dryclean. Unfortunately you can purchase a personality or understanding of decent customer service. The employees there were Kim and Courtney. Went to Capri Cleaners for a touchless high-pressure spray car wash. Not only did it do a good job on the "premier wash", but they also have long handled mops to thoroughly scrub the windshield, which we needed badly driving down to Pinellas County from Atlanta earlier in the week. read more

So I want in for the first time this past week with a vintage dress that I recently picked up. It has velvet detail on the arms, down the center of the dress and velvet buttons so I wanted it cleaning professional as it was recommended. It also had a bit of pink staining on the left shoulder. I just got the dress so I wasn't sure if it had been cleaned before or if the stain had already been treated. The young lady in the front was quick to get me checked in, I showed her the little stain and she said they would see what they can do and usually if it hadn't been treated prior they are able to get it out. Well I wasn't able to go in to get the dress so my husband went for me. They let him know that they got that stain out and let me tell you, this dress looks even better than when I brought it in. I didn't realize it was that dirty being that it's a black and tan dress but mostly black. 10 out of 10 would recommend this cleaners and I will be going back with some of my other vintage treasures. Also found out the do alterations on site and you don't even need an appointment for measurements. Definitely a one stop shop. read more

On Feb 2nd 2022 I dropped off 3 pairs of pants to them. One pair came back damage when they were completed. I then went to the store and the owner said the would fix them. When I received the repair it was unsatisfactory. On a brand new pair of pants there was stitching and still a missing corner of the pants. They said they would send it out to someone else to repair at this time my wife said no thank you I want them replaced. The owner then continued to say that they merchandise was never at her establishment that "charcoal and grey were different colors and there is no record of a charcoal pair of pants just grey" The owner then sent her husband out to intimidate my wife who is a small woman. She called me crying so I called up to the business to find out what happened. The owner continues to tell me how there is no evidence we ever had your clothing and that everything my wife said happened was a lie. That 30 minutes of her time on the phone with a customer has her HOURS behind on her work load. I would not patron this establishment. I gave them the benefit of the doubt with the repair however moving forward anyone who treats their customers as common criminals does not earn my hard earned money especially in these trying times read more

Great alterations at a great price! Teri did alterations on 6 items for me and she's topnotch! She is so skilled. For example I had a jumpsuit that I thought just needed hemming, but she showed me how the torso was also cut to long for me so the shoulders and neckline had to be adjusted. Boy, was she right! It never looked so good on me! She also shortened the sleeves of a sports coat with cuff buttons, took in a lined dress, fixed an odd draping on the bust of a formal dress, hemmed palazzo pants, made a romper a size smaller etc. Not one thing had to be redone. She does it all! Also the pricing was half of what I paid at a bridal shop for alterations the last time I needed them done. Highly Recommend read more

Don't have alterations done here unless you want it to look like your grandma hand sewed your stuff. We tried this place a couple of times for alterations once for slacks and once for a dress. The slacks I didn't expect to have a slightly different color thread than the slacks but it wasn't enough to be upset about (the slacks are an odd color, but I like them), just wish they had told me it would not be exact. The dress my wife took in didn't have a visible hem until they did it. It was just turned under and stitched and those had come loose, we expected them to just turn it under and re-stitch it. After taking it here to be fixed the grey dress now has black stitching visible all the way around. If you go here be VERY clear on what you're expecting to have done and how you want it to look when it's completed. read more

Had originally told me my alteration would take a couple weeks longer than the dry cleaning because they were backed up which was totally not a problem, but to my surprise everything was done when I picked up a couple days after dropping off! I only subtracted one star because everyone says you get free car wash coupon with dry cleaning and I didn't receive one (and my car was super dirty). Definitely will use them again! read more

Would never recommend. Went in to get my bridesmaid dress taken in. I've never had to get anything tailored before so just chose this place off yelp. I realize the dress was big in a few areas and a lot of work needed to be done, but the price should have been disclosed to me prior to having anything done. They charged me $155 for a dress I will never wear again. Complete scam and totally unprofessional the way they do business. Would have never gone through with their business had I known they would have charged me almost as much as I initially paid for the dress. read more

I dropped off a crush velvet blazer this morning on my way to work and was able to pick it up on my way home, wonderful dry cleaning service, but the best part is that I have been missing a button on it for a long time and when I examined the jacket I see a button has been sewed on. They simple moved an unused top button down to this spot and all for the regular reasonable price of dry cleaning. I was so pleasantly surprised, thoughtful customer care!
