That was super odd especially for a first time patient. I have pretty good teeth and not many concerns but he spent the least amount of time with me. The hygienist Holly is kinda young and quite the chatterbox. I'm not sure she took many breaths. I've never had anyone take 1 full hour to clean my teeth. As you can see I have pretty good teeth. I think if she didn't talk as much it would've been faster. This was a full 2 hour appointment. Even getting a root canal I've never been at a dentist for 2 hours. They "offer" fancy stuff like paraffin Wax, hot wraps, movie glasses. But I say offer lightly. I was offered the hot wrap but nothing else. The massage chair is just an uncomfortable vibration. No thanks. All that has to be paid for somehow. Their prices make getting necessary work done impossible from a cost perspective even with insurance. They're super out of the way too. So nothing about it makes sense to go back. Went on a coworker referral so had much higher hopes. The one good thing is they give you replacement heads for electric toothbrushes which is awesomeness

I started going for care because something went out in my neck, but I continued to go back for some low-back / SI joint pain. The chiropractor told me he wanted to see me often, but I was paying out of pocket and couldn't afford to go that frequently. Even with the discount program they enrolled me in, the cost was inconvenient. I would get adjusted, and then it would fall right back out when I stretched the following day. I hoped continued visits would retrain things to stay in place, but it began to feel like a waste of time and money. The chiropractor also seemed to have difficulty adjusting my neck, which I hadn't encountered before, so we left that alone. Frankly, I ceased making appointments. I ended up asking my primary care physician for a physical therapy referral. I figured out I have many muscle imbalances that reared their ugly heads thanks to inactivity during the pandemic. It's no wonder my adjustments weren't sticking, and I felt discomfort with some of the adjustments. I ended up in pelvic floor therapy as well because my pelvis was rotated, and each side was trying to tilt in opposing directions. Hence the low-back / SI joint pain! While I decided to stop seeking care at this facility and moved back to the lower 48, I do remember their kindness.

The real kicker... availability. COVID-19 has everybody a little bit extra stressed placing the good therapists in a position to offer some pretty incredible wait times to get an appointment. I had the luxury of getting in within a couple of days. The website shows three counselors. The woman that I am working with is not listed as one of the three so it looks like there may be more. Appointments are currently done via telemedicine with in person visits in the near future.
