One of them peed on my rug and it was a terrible smell. My couches had fur all over them and also weren't smelling great. I had used another company previously and they were here for 20 minutes and didn't even move the couches to get the entire rug. MCT was here for over an hour. They did such a good job getting every inch of the couches and rug and deodorizing. My house still smells great several days later. I will absolutely be using them again!

They called me on the day of the service and said they will be coming between 3-5pm. They didn't show up until 4.45 pm. I told him that I am disappointed that I was the last person on their route. So I told him how upset I was and you know what he did? He said "I am not going to let you talk to me like this " and he just LEFT!!!! Thats how "great " this company is. again I used them in the past with no problems. And btw it was just one person instead of 2. Setting up the appointment was quick and easy and long to short, they arrived on time. The lead guy tells me that the coupon is good for a basic cleaning, but for a small cost more they can bump up the quality and get a chair cleaned. Details to details, he tries to get me to spend something like $150 instead of the $55 like the coupon says. So he proceeds to tell me how much better it would be if I upgrade. He didn't give up the idea of an upgrade very easily. I did agree on steam cleaning the chair for $20. I did the walk around with him but didn't realize they'd missed a few spots in the corners of the bedroom (I should have checked better). All in all, not a bad job, just could have been better and I really didn't care for the moderately pushy sales technique. I'm using a coupon, so I'm probably budget minded and trying to get me to spend almost 3X what I'd originally budgeted for isn't likely. I wouldn't tell you not to use them, but next time I'll give someone else a try.
