Took a taxi over to Steve's and everything was great from the moment we walked in. Greeted by all who worked there and were seated within minutes. Food was great, drinks were strong and priced great, staff was on point and very friendly/helpful. The bar did get packed by the end of the night, so if you're going for a game/event, would be a good idea to get there earlier than start time. At the end of the night our waitress got us a cab for cheaper than our ride in. -Everyone speaks English, and Spanish. -American sport bar type food -Drinks were great -Staff beyond great -Priced were awesome. My friends and I all agreed that the next time we are in PV, we will be stopping in at Steve's regardless of if there is a sports event we want to watch.

After looking up good places to go, Bar La Playa came up- and I'm sure glad it did! First, it's easy to get to if you're coming from North. Our Uber was easily able to drop us off without getting stuck in gridlock traffic that can affect certain roads of this area. Additionally, the location isn't a high-traffic area for tourists. That meant we were able to walk up and immediately find seats. Second, the service was top notch. I didn't get the bartenders name, but he was very welcoming, friendly, hospitable and spoke English. Just an overall cool dude and was glad to support his business. Third, the drinks were great. Finally, we were drinking 'real' drinks, not the watered down sugary stuff at the hotel. We were very satisfied with the taste of the drinks. Fourth, the prices are really good. Mexico has gotten expensive and this was a sigh of relief. You can have a great time here without feeling like you paid an arm and a leg. I highly-highly recommend making Bar La Playa your first stop when coming to this area. You're going to get great service, great drinks and all at a price that is reasonable and fair.
