I didn't inspect it thoroughly before leaving--something I'll do next time--and later that day noticed a crease in the upper corner of the passenger-side windshield tint. I contacted Austin, sent a picture, and he apologized and told me to bring it back. Since I wouldn't be in Wilmington for two weeks, he assured me they would fix it when I returned. This business had my car for over 4 weeks. When I finally picked it up - the hood was distorted. They offered to redo it after a two week "settling" period to see if the material settled in. After I brought i back in 2 weeks later - it was done worse and looked awful. On the third attempt - I asked if the business in town that does these jobs well could do it - he could maybe outsource the work instead of refunding me. He claimed to bring those guys in - they have no record of doing so. The car was returned to me with what can only be described as sticker like seams on the hood of the car. A $200K car looks like a child wrapped it in Christmas wrapping paper. When I politely explained my dissatisfaction - I was told I should not be concerned about what others think, they probably won't notice. What the heck?! No refund. No sympathy. Car ruined. Also - I called many times to check in on the work and even would've participated in the process to explain what I wanted - but zero answers of my phone calls and no interest in my opinion on the job I paid for.
