I was looking for a gutter specialist who could come up with a creative solution to an unusual gutter-related project. I needed someone to conceive a design for a 3 ft-high x 40 ft-wide fence (as a containment strategy to prevent our beloved Maine Coon cat, Leo, from jumping into our neighbor's backyard from the garage roof) and to install it on the roof without damaging the gutter. Luckily, Tyler proved to be the perfect man for the job! After fully understanding the project, he examined the roof and the gutter, and came up with a perfect design solution which he then custom-built and together with his assistant came over and quickly and seamlessly installed it! To say that I was thrilled with my experience with Gutter Made Easy is an understatement! We first discovered Advanced Seamless Rain Gutter Solutions from a thorough look at gutter service companies in the Austin area. Our family was looking to complete some extensive renovations to our home, mainly surrounding drainage and runoff from living on an incline. In truth, I looked back at our emails and we started corresponding back in the summer of 2022. Shellie was quick to respond to our inquiries, and soon after we met Tyler who came out and did a quote for us. Several years later, after we secured financing and finally pulled the trigger on renovations, we emailed back to let them know we were ready to go. By then, our plans had changed quite a bit, but Shellie and Tyler remained absolutely flexible and willing to help. At no time did we feel pressured, they just asked for honest communication about our project and we committed to that. Throughout our experience, from initial quote, to walkthrough, to design changes and installation, Shellie, Tyler, and the entire installation team were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable about the work that they were doing for us. We're incredibly grateful for their willingness to stick with us through budget and planning changes, project delays, and weather disruptions. I hope this late review lets the team and future customers know that we're still so grateful for their work ethic and delivery of a quality product. I had a leak that was destroying my bathroom and had attempted to fix the job myself. After that didn't work, I found an Angie's List deal for a roof inspection and minor fixes, hoping to get to the root of the problem, while also hoping it would be a quick fix. Alas it was not, but Roland found the source of the leak in a place I would NEVER have thought to look (which is why you hire a professional...) and probably saved my kitchen ceiling in the process. Knowing that I had a very limited budget, he completely worked with me. Was very kind and courteous and explained everything very thoroughly and exactly what my options were. I had a big chain give me numbers on this concrete extension I needed and said to myself wow! that's steep. After I showed Kyle what I wanted, I said to myself wow! that's awesome and very fair. He did the work with one of his employees and Kyle had his game face on. Angie and I fed them, gave them coffee and drinks and developed a liking to them, because they are just good people. The finished product was excellent, so we asked if he could redo our picket fence. So we hired them again! The fence looks awesome and he added an extra entrance on the front side. Nice! After the fence, we asked them about a concrete island for our patio furniture and pergola. They did an awesome job on that too. As a recently retired business professional, I am happy that we were able to hook up with Kyle.
