This review is for services that we received back in July. We are clearly very behind, but nonetheless super grateful to this local business. We first discovered Advanced Seamless Rain Gutter Solutions from a thorough look at gutter service companies in the Austin area. Our family was looking to complete some extensive renovations to our home, mainly surrounding drainage and runoff from living on an incline. In truth, I looked back at our emails and we started corresponding back in the summer of 2022. Shellie was quick to respond to our inquiries, and soon after we met Tyler who came out and did a quote for us. Several years later, after we secured financing and finally pulled the trigger on renovations, we emailed back to let them know we were ready to go. By then, our plans had changed quite a bit, but Shellie and Tyler remained absolutely flexible and willing to help. At no time did we feel pressured, they just asked for honest communication about our project and we committed to that. Throughout our experience, from initial quote, to walkthrough, to design changes and installation, Shellie, Tyler, and the entire installation team were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable about the work that they were doing for us. We're incredibly grateful for their willingness to stick with us through budget and planning changes, project delays, and weather disruptions. I hope this late review lets the team and future customers know that we're still so grateful for their work ethic and delivery of a quality product. While other companies just passed by, looked at my roof and gave me an estimate, Randy from Advanced Seamless Rain Gutter Solutions took some time to explain my options for size and color. The placement of the downspouts, warranty (10 years work and 20 on materials!!!). After that I received pictures where the downspouts would be placed and a nice report with the estimate. The price was a little higher than the other companies but those guys are definitely professionals. They have their own team, not some guys they contract to climb into your roof and start beating nails. I don't think that I will need their service or warranty because it was a well done job! read more

A great firm. Gave us an estimate about a year ago and we had to wait awhile before we get the gutters installed and the estimate was honored. Tyler is super honest, friendly and easy to work with. When material prices dropped after Covid settled down, he gave us a discount too. Not all businesses would have done that so we super appreciated that. The crew was awesome too. Here is why; I sent in a free estimate request and Shellie contacted me within the hour to schedule the estimate. Tyler not only showed up for the estimate (yes there have been no shows) but he was early and called ahead to let me know he was on his way. On installation day I was notified of arrival and the team introduced themselves by name. They were efficient and beyond professional. Brian and Colton installed at a rapid pace and kept me informed or asked permission on any subtle changes that had to be made during the process. Needed rain gutters for our new house in Austin. Got a couple of bids, and Tyler was less expensive, but overall a really nice guy, so I went with them. The other company said they couldn't do my gutters for 8-10 weeks, and were more expensive. I couldn't wait that long as that would be after winter. They were the most professional and helpful of everyone I helped and were on the low end of the quotes I got as well! When they came out to quote my home they walked me through the calculations for the rain barrel I wanted to add in a clear and helpful way nobody else had yet -- that openness and honesty, bringing me in on the process, is what won me over. A few days before they were to install my gutters I wanted to add a few more feet of gutter to another spot on my room and they were happy to adapt and gave me a very fair quote for the addon the day of. All in all my experience with these fine folks was everything I could have hoped for.
