On our transfer from the airport to the hotel, my case including heart medication went missing. Mustapha arrived in the morning to give our holiday briefing. As we had been to Olu Deniz a few times before we really didn't need this and he totally understood saying 'Then this will be a short one for you'. My reply was 'not exactly' and explained our problem with the lost case. Immediately, this great guy, was on the 'phone to his contacts at various hotels. Within a few minutes he had found a case with the transfer company and drove us there. It wasn't my case but a case that of a previous drop off who had taken my case. Mustapha arranged for the hotel to deliver my case and returned theirs. I can't express my gratitude to that wonderful guy more.

The check in was great, and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. We were assigned a side ocean view room with a balcony. The room was clean, new looking, functional, and comfortable. The drinks (water, beer, and soft drinks) in the refrigerator were also included. We also soon later discovered the HOUSEKEEPING was top notch. Regarding the food, it was excellent. We enjoyed all of the meals and robust buffet options. The food service staff was impeccable especially HAYRETTIN, who also provided service at the pool bar. For lunch, one of our servers was YIGIT. He also did a fantastic job for us. Speaking of the pool areas, they were spotless. The pools themselves were clean and refreshing. We didn't have any issues getting chairs. The pool/yoga/fitness activity staff member, OGZI, was great. She did a fabulous job getting people to participate in yoga and pool based fitness activities. We also appreciated the proximity to the beach and boardwalk. Sundia also offered diverse nightly entertainment that we enjoyed. The concert area was large, organized, with table drink service was available. The servers worked very hard each night. Regarding check out, it was smooth, and the staff was helpful with weighing luggage and calling a taxi for us. My only recommendations would be to move the towel area from the spa to the pool area. It's a little inconvenient to walk through the building and into the spa wet to change out towels. In addition, it would be nice if a basic bar could be placed on the beach, if allowed by local law. In closing, we had a fantastic time at Sundia, and I highly recommend it!

Breakfast and dinner are bland. They charge 2tl for small water and 12tl for beer. They don't allow you to bring anything from outside. During the day time tens of boats come to the bay and for a while the beach becomes infested by people. If those people want to visit the waterfall, they are charged 6tl. So the management makes quite a lot money but they are not keeping the place clean. The place is full of litter. They are not collected daily. Much of the trash lies around. People who stay here do not have to pay to visit the waterfall. Yet it's nothing impressive. I wish the place had better management and I wish they didn't allow this many boats in Oludeniz. This area should be preserved and protected. In terms of ambiance, there is no dynamic to it. The people who stay here hang out only within their circle of friends, mainly because there isn't a common area for people to mingle and secondly most people who stay here seem to utilize this place to get drugged out therefore they hang out in their tents with their friends and do drugs. If you think you'll peacefully sleep into the beauty of the night listening to the crickets, sorry you are wrong; instead, you're going to have try sleeping with electronic music which ruins the beauty and real purpose of this whole thing. We've decided this dirty, disorderly, morbid, druggy facility and not for us. We are keeping it short and leaving tomorrow.

The restaurant chef is awesome and will create whatever you wish. Daily fresh fish from local fisherman will be available every night based on whatever the sea gives you that day. The staff will do everything to make your stay an enjoyable and relaxing one ( a Turkish tradition ), for example, if you ask what time the dinner end, the reply is whenever the guests want to end. There is no hard limits on anything. It is very hard to describe this place, you must live it. We have already planned to come back next year.

I forgot the man's name who got us a wonderful breakfast every morning, but he was amazing as well. This hotel is tucked away right off the main path and beach, and is a little peace of serenity and quiet in bustling/lively Ölü Deniz. The rooms are large enough for two people, are equipped with a mini fridge, and overlook an incredibly landscaped and stunningly decorated pool area. Seriously, the outdoor living spaces are a thing of beauty! The town of Ölü Deniz was too busy and touristy for me, but I loved every peaceful, quiet minute I spent at the hotel. Thanks to Jade Reaidence for making our stay in Turkey wonderful!

Beautiful little oasis hotel right on the beautiful Mediterranean coast but in a tourist trap town…read moreof olu deniz. Cliche of a town catering to the brit tourists. The service was excellent. The manager is very hands on and accommodating to all our needs. Word of caution: no kiddies allowed. We pay about $100 a night. Make sure to sign up to skydive or at least rent a car n drive up to the mtn where the launch pad for the skydriving is located. The view is totally worth it.
