Didn't take her long and 27 .00 plus tip and when I got home my wife said there was a small clump of hair in the back that was longer then the rest. I went back the next morning and the cashier said I had to wait until she was done with a customer. It would have taken maybe 2 minutes to straighten it out and the hairdresser told the cashier I would have to make another appointment later that day. The next person didn't even sit down yet. Found out she was the manager who cut my hair.I was very disappointed with her lack of customer service . I told them forget it and I will write a review.She didn't care . Horrible customer service. I like all her suggestions and she's a great colorist. GOOD COVID Protocols, usually no one else in there or maybe somebody leaving. Karen has a lot of jewelry, make up products and really fun to get her ideas and advice. My mother went to Karen for decades, and I've met her a dozen or so times over the years. She's a class act, a hell of a hair dresser and a great person. She also employs an old classmate of mine, Natalie. So, when my hair-wrangler skipped town, I figured this was the most homey, familiar place to go. Nat does a great job of acclimating her skills to my unique needs (I generally have brightly colored mohawks or other dumb haircuts that keep her on her toes.) If Natalie's ever unavailable, Karen does solid punk hair work, as well! I recently had some surgery on my spine and was temporarily unable to reach my toes for regular hygienic upkeep. Karen's daughter, Kora came to my rescue with the much needed mani-pedi party, and one hell of a diverse and fascinating conversation throughout. Is there anything these ladies can't do?

The atmosphere of his salon is inviting, clean, and open. I felt comfortable and the conversation was free flowing and welcoming. The prices are awesome for the quality of service you're receiving, too! As for the haircut...he used shears and he took his time perfecting my hair until it was perfect. He knows to take an image or haircut in mind and execute it with his client in mind. This is my second time coming here and I would definitely be coming back!
