1st time and only time I went here for a haircut Friday June 6th. A lady cut my hair and she just needed to trim my sides and back. Didn't take her long and 27 .00 plus tip and when I got home my wife said there was a small clump of hair in the back that was longer then the rest. I went back the next morning and the cashier said I had to wait until she was done with a customer. It would have taken maybe 2 minutes to straighten it out and the hairdresser told the cashier I would have to make another appointment later that day. The next person didn't even sit down yet. Found out she was the manager who cut my hair.I was very disappointed with her lack of customer service . I told them forget it and I will write a review.She didn't care . Horrible customer service. been going since they've opened, never had an issue, other than the turnover rate is high so I seldom get the same stylist. Oh well, they always listen and do great with both hair and beard regardless of stylist. read more

She took her time and was really friendly. Best haircut I've had in awhile. Very clean and didn't feel rushed.

Great prices, friendly staff and clean shop. However, I was not please with my haircut quality. The "Barber" asked what I would like and she gave me what I wanted, but I got home and realized that there were strands of hair left too long and the transition from side to the top was not smooth. My neck line also did not seem very clean. Now, the business plan is right. Offer customers an alternative to Sport Clips. A haircut is $11 if you pay cash and that includes a hot towel, shampoo and condition, and massage, which is great. They try an offer a classy barbershop feel yet its located in an urban sprawl strip center. Overall, I will not be returning. I am looking for a real barbershop that will offer a better quality experience. read more

Arrived 20 minutes early (at stores request to show up early), waited a 1/2 hour in the parking lot, just to get my hair massacred. I will be wearing hat for at least a week. read more

Showed up four minutes late after waiting in the parking lot for more than 10 minutes that last two times, and was turned away. 4 minutes! No willingness to work with me or give mention this hardcore policy when taking my appointment. It is okay for them to run late, but if you do they cancel your appointment so they can leave early. Rising prices and poor service are a bad combination. read more

Made an appointment for 6:20. At 7 pm they call back people that had appointments AFTER me. When I questioned why I was skipped I was told a stylist quit. Again, why not go in order of appointments that are made? We're too busy to do that. You can come back a different day. Is that really how to run a business? read more

I've been going here since the place first opened, but now I rarely see the same employee twice so the turnover rate must be incredible. The original price was eleven bucks, but now its pushing near 18 - and for no good reason. The economy sure hasn't dictated that kind of price increase and neither has the quality of haircut. For a while they had a guy who was a real barber and who was really good and took his time, but of course he's gone now. There have been a couple of times when I've come out with a great haircut, but a lot more times when it looked like a butcher or car salesman cut my hair. The place is conveniently located and the hot towel is nice, but those are the only reasons I can think of to go there. They're all about the number of people they get through the door and not about the quality that goes out the door. If you're only interested in shortening up your hair and don't care much about it beyond that, then this place is ok. If you'd like it to look really nice when you leave -- then not so much. read more

My husband normally loves going to get his hair cut here, was a very loyal customer until today. We set an appointment ands arrived 8 minutes late so they marked him down as a no show .And when I asked what the policy was because I was not aware of one I was given an attitude by the manager. I was not rude to her just wanted to know the policy. Because of her attitude we will not be returning to this location. read more

Excellent barbers and very clean, upscale shop. Prices are good ~$14 for a cut that includes neck trim and shoulder massage. Equipped with individual TV's at each station, peanuts.....what more could you want? My 14 and 16 year old LOVE it. The manager is Alecia and she's terrific! read more

Just got a great cut from one of their newest people, Leo. I'm usually reluctant to get a cut from anyone but my regular person, but I felt like I was in good hands almost immediately. The whole process was smooth: Walked right in and sat down in a chair for a cut at 8:45 am on a Saturday and was out by 9:20, including cut, shampoo/wash, and a "shoulder massage" using this device that looks like something Iron Man would attach to his hands. Leo's cut was even and balanced, and he took into account my preference on blending with the beard, squaring off the back, etc. (something that doesn't always happen when I get a cut).
