What was delivered, was nothing like what we ordered. We called back and spoke to a gentleman who was very nice and said that they would redo the order and swap out the arrangement that was delivered, shown in the second attachment. Where it's not a terrible arrangement, it's not what we ordered nor did it come with a container as a centerpiece, but we wanted what we ordered. We received another call from David stating that they didn't have the necessary pieces and parts to create the arrangement that was advertised on their website. He apologized profusely, told us that they had none of the supplies necessary to build the advertised arrangement, and then proceeded to tell us that the small print on their website said that they could make any substitutions necessary because of COVID. Then, as another offering, he said that they would go to the delivery location and pick up the already delivered arrangement and refund the money. This had NOTHING to do with the money but everything to do with providing a quality product and positive customer service. We were led to believe we were purchasing one thing but were provided something completely different and the response was basically, 'sorry, we don't have the supplies and we can send whatever we want.' Thank you Blossom Events & Florists for enlightening us so that we will NEVER use your services again!

Aisle upon aisle of different party theme supplies, and a huge selection of Halloween costumes! If you need it, they are more than likely to have it! I needed a rabbit nose for a costume party and so I looked it up on their website (very helpful!) so I knew that they had some. We went to the store and looked around for a while before getting serious about our search (the store is massive!), but as soon as we did bam! A display stand of animal noses! We continued to look at the costumes, because they are just so cool! They even have mascot costumes! We checked out with no problem and are very happy with our purchase. It looks great! I checked the website again to see if the quantity would update on it's on and it did! It's good to know that the online and in store stock are the same.
