I called the shop to discuss the situation. The man on the phone advised me that he didn't have the flowers in stock that were on the website. I asked him why he didn't call me to advise me of that so I could pick a different arrangement. He said he picked what he thought looked best. NO! What my loved one received looked VERY disappointing and definitely not worth the almost $100 I spent. He said he'd go pick it back up and give me a refund. ARE YOU SERIOUS?!
