They called me a day before to confirm my appointment and when I went to my appointment I was attended right away. Their studio seems to be a house garage which they redid the whole place. They took the pictures and thirty mins later they already send me an email to choose which photos I like so they can edit them. I got the results within an hour of taking the photo. Our engagement shoot was a great introduction to what it feels like to know a camera is on you, but with Rich and Alyssa behind the lens I didn't feel weird or uneasy. That is probably why I look so fab in all these pics ;) I love the style and look of the photos, but mainly I adore how they capture the day. Even when perusing photos from weddings of people I've never met, I get that feeling of anticipation, excitement, happiness and love. When I was looking through the pictures from my own wedding I felt all those emotions rush over me again, but it was so fun to relive the day in a way I wasn't able to. I loved the shots they took of other friends and family enjoying themselves, the things I didn't see since I was busy being "the bride". These pictures are timeless. I know I will cherish these photos until forever. As a kid I loved seeing pictures of my parents and grandparents in their younger years, and these photos will be exciting for me to show off if I have my own family down the road. I had always wanted to get some professional photos taken and decided this would be a good year. I had some questions and Sarah was very responsive and happy to help. I was lucky that she had some availability that matched with our schedule. She was able to get us in right away. She let us choose between Chestnut Ridge and a Christmas tree farm to take pictures, it was nice to have some input. She brought some props and welcomed bringing your own if you had something special. We brought our new puppy and were excited to incorporate her into our family pictures. My significant other and I aren't really into taking pictures. We never take any when we go out but felt motivated this year to have some nice ones for our home and a Christmas card.
