Not only was she rude but did not have the patience to explain my charges. I was told, by her, that i would only be charged $150 plus copay prior to my visit. Instead, i get a $410 charge plus copay after my visit. Called many times and left voicemails. I finally went in during my lunchbreak. "Hey, I've been trying to call you and your brother. He must not have paid his phone bill because it says this person is not accepting calls". That is a lie and rude to say in a public setting. She continued to explain in a rude tone and also tried to make me feel like I lack intelligence. If you have any questions regarding charges/insurance, she will confuse/lie to you. I opened a credit line for CareCredit against my own judgment and when I asked for documentation for my application, the inflated quote invoice, and an invoice for the treatment plan, I did not receive a follow up. Was told I have to come in person, despite me telling them I don't have time. They don't have an online portal either. I'm still having to deal with getting this financial issue off my credit. The staff at the front desk were very nice, I'll say that at the very least.

After my cervical spinal fusion and laminoplasty in c2-c7 I could not risk more damage to my spine. A lot of chiros don't get to know your body first. No x-rays, no in depth consultations, just get ya on the table and man handle your spine. Not Dr. Grace. I have known doctor Grace for 20 years. After trying hard to find anyone as close to amazing as he is, I gave up and started making the 45 min drive each month and it's hands down worth it.
