The process was easy, and Evan was awesome to work with. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and easy to talk to. He answered all of my questions and made the entire process simple from start to finish. He was a big reason I had such a positive experience the first time. Unfortunately, my experience was very different when I brought my mother here to purchase a vehicle. We were looking at a vehicle that, in my opinion, was already overpriced and outdated compared with other options available. Kash was specifically the person we dealt with, and I felt that he was unwilling to even ask the desk about getting us a better price. Rather than working with us, it felt like there was very little effort made to earn my mother's business. We ultimately left without purchasing the vehicle and went to the Toyota dealership in town instead. My mother ended up getting a much nicer Toyota, and they were willing to take $2,000 off the original price as well as $600 off the warranty. That experience made it very clear to us that we made the right decision by walking away. There was also another situation that really bothered me. Kash had been discussing potentially purchasing a PC from my husband. After we left without purchasing a vehicle for my mother, Kash later told my husband that he would buy the PC if his mother-in-law purchased a car from him. If that is truly what was meant, I find that extremely inappropriate and disappointing. It made the situation feel less like genuine interest in purchasing the PC and more like an attempt to use the purchase of the PC as leverage to get another car sale. I had such a positive experience with Evan when I purchased my own vehicle, which is why this second experience was especially disappointing. I still appreciate the way Evan treated me during my original purchase, but based on what happened with my mother, I can no longer recommend this dealership without reservation. If you're considering purchasing from here, I strongly recommend shopping around and comparing prices before committing, especially if you feel you're not being offered a fair deal.

We put a deposit down on the car to hold it. Colten was prompt with communications as to the status of the order. They gave us a very fair trade-in value on our car with no 'low-ball' back and forth crap. When the new Corolla did come in he did a complete and lengthy orientation of the car's technology with us. The business manager, Kelly, was so pleasant and was not in any way unpleasant or overbearing in trying to up sell extended warranties. When she presented the extended warranty options we told her we would think on it, and she told us that we had until the end of the 3 year, 36000 mile factory warranty to decide, and that was it. No pressure! The buying experience with Magness Toyota was excellent. Colten is a personable, friendly salesman who knows his product, and Kelly was so helpful and friendly. I have bought many new and used vehicles, and the Magness experience was the best by far!
