Despite my insurance giving him the run around he still fixed my vehicle and had amazing customer service to boot. I had spoken to them about putting it in and I was told it's best to put it in when the weather gets cooler. I called to make the appointment, I was told they have no interest in replacing my old unit with a new one....And I should call Lowe's to find someone to do that. This leaves me to believe because I won't buy a unit from them they won't keep their previous commitment. I would have remained a good customer. The technician that arrived was also polite and well groomed and immediately went about his business and he had my AC up and running in less than an hour which they only charged for the time which was a pleasant experience. The tech informed me that my system was on the older side, which I was aware of, and he requested to take pictures to forward to their sales department, which I received a follow up call and an estimate in a week and the salesman was very informative on all kinds of rebates from the manufacturer and the energy companies.
