Fortunately for me, they had about eight vans that were comparable to the van I was working on. The process was easy. I had checked online so I knew they had four vans on site that were matches. Knowing what you are looking for is a big help. The rows are pretty well indicated on the outside of the sections. Each vehicle has its own label to identify model & year. The counter staff was helpful. The check out was great. I paid about forty times less for my part than to get an OEM replacement. The vehicles are spaced well enough apart to easily work on them. You need to bring your own tools, but I feel that's common sense. If you're coming to find a part to harvest, you best bring your gear, otherwise got to an auto parts store. Overall, it was a good experience, especially for a first timer. Thank you all for your help, and for the off duty police office who was there to keep us safe.

Stopped in for some wiper blades and front brake rotors. They found my rotors immediately and had…read morethem waiting for me on the counter when I returned from selecting new Bosch wiper blades for my ride. The brake rotors went on in a flash and they stop well. They are powder coated with black paint to reduce rusting, which prolongs the life of the brake rotors. I usually only get about two years out of a pair of rotors before grooves begin to form from the brake pads, temperature fluctuations, and bumpy roads. I called a few mechanics to see if they would remove the grooves from my worn rotors, but apparently, they don't do that anymore. Anyway, it probably costs the same to replace them. So replace them I did. My brakes work great and I've always had good customer service at Auto Zone. I also have a rewards card, but I haven't had much use for it yet.
