Stopped in for some wiper blades and front brake rotors. They found my rotors immediately and had them waiting for me on the counter when I returned from selecting new Bosch wiper blades for my ride. The brake rotors went on in a flash and they stop well. They are powder coated with black paint to reduce rusting, which prolongs the life of the brake rotors. I usually only get about two years out of a pair of rotors before grooves begin to form from the brake pads, temperature fluctuations, and bumpy roads. I called a few mechanics to see if they would remove the grooves from my worn rotors, but apparently, they don't do that anymore. Anyway, it probably costs the same to replace them. So replace them I did. My brakes work great and I've always had good customer service at Auto Zone. I also have a rewards card, but I haven't had much use for it yet. read more

Purchased brake pads and a rotor, both items were wrong, when I went to the store to exchange them, they wouldn't just exchange the product, they put the money back onto my card and now I have to wait for 2-3 business days! I offered to pay the difference instead, but they just said "it's store policy!" I've never experienced something like this before! I told them what I needed, and it was the wrong product, should have fixed it right on the spot, but they failed to. read more

Needed battery checked and the two employees in the store both greeted me upon entering. They came out, checked the battery, and confirmed that I needed a new battery. Went back inside, had the one I needed in stock, then offered to put it in free of charge. Took 10 minutes and I was back on the road. Friendly, helpful staff. read more

Another auto store rip off-Auto Zone Parma Hts. Went there over the weekend to get 1 wiper blade for the driver's side. Gave the year and model to the employee like always. The employee brought one out and said $16.99-for one blade. Have never paid that much for one blade-he stated cheapest they had. When I got home and put on my glasses I saw he sold me a winter blade-in July! I called and complained to someone on the phone and he said to come back and he would give me a full refund. Since I just had my 5th stroke I made the effort to go back right away-it is a HUGE effort just to walk. That man said he would give me a refund but would have to take the blade back. Never mentioned by the guy I spoke to on the phone-he was just trying to make right what the first guy had done-selling me a winter blade in July. This fool didn't want to make anything right-just argue with me. I am so sick and week from my strokes I don't have the energy. I am writing to let everyone know-this store is a rip off and full of liars. They discriminate against the disabled. There is plenty of competition out there-go to them. Absolutely terrible and slow customer service! It seems as though the employees don't know what's going on or what they're doing. The only reason I go here is due to the convenience of the location. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this was just unacceptable. There were maybe 5 or 6 employees, but only one at the register and the line was getting longer and the service even slower. The rest of the employees stayed in the back and didn't bother opening another line. I can't say this enough, but the employee running the register moved slower than a turtle, or even a snail. Finally, when the manager opened another register, I figured he'd actually know what to do. Boy was I wrong! He didn't know how to do a credit on a transaction. How is that even possible?! They already sold us the wrong item in the first place and now they can't even correct it. This place is lacking the necessary training to deal with customers or even a simple purchase. Wanted to get my husband horn fixed for Father's Day. I knew it was a simple fix just replace the fuse. Welp I got the fuse and spent a good 30 minutes trying to get the fuse out of the box but it was really jammed in there. There are so many men in this store and NOT ONE came to see if I needed help. Which of course if did. Instead I saw a maybe two just watch me from inside the store window. I even went back inside and explained that the fuse remover that came with the kit the guy picked out was too big and couldn't grip the small fuses. The guy was nice but all he did was try to sell me another one ‍ I guess I'll just do it when I get home. Great customer service (sarcasm) read more

The customer service at this Autozone is terrible. The guys are cocky and rude. They ordered me the wrong part which I had to pay for first of corse. After my mechanic took the old part off he had the wrong one and had to run around for the right one. Then the right one was not operational. I had to pay my mechanic twice because of their mistake and they made it very clear they didn't care. I was without a car for three days instead of one. Service is always really slow and there's never any sense of urgency to help you. They just don't care about customers. I went here a few months ago to buy windshield wipers. The guy sold me the most expensive brand they had. He promised me that even though they were expensive they were very high quality and would last me a minimum of two years. I don't know if he was just trying to take advantage of me because I don't know much about cars or he just doesn't know any thing himself. It's only been three months and they're already broke and I need new ones. So much for a minimum of two years. I was also sold an expensive floor mat as well that they told me was a great product and worth the money but it's already rolled up and I can't get it clean no matter how much I scrub. It slides all over the floor and I constantly have to move it back into place. I spent over $60 on this stuff they promised me was "high quality". Either they want to take advantage of customers or they just don't know what they're doing. I don't know which is worse. read more
