The young man working there put two pieces of tape on my back wiper but during the wash it was ripped off. We filled out all the necessary paperwork and were told that we would have a check within a few weeks. It is now January, and we have not received a penny. We have been there nine times to ask about it. We have already gone ahead and paid to have it fixed ourselves but feel like we will never see the money reimbursed. The thing that makes me so upset is that every time we go there we are told by the manager or someone working there that the money is coming knowing it is not.

Car wash stopped working when we were halfway thru the wash tunnel. Only 10% of the vacuums work AT ALL! We called the district manager to help her out by notifying her of the numerous problems at this site, and she showed serious lack of care, same as the on-site attendant. It then became clear why it's such as poor functioning business. The problems start with poor regional management and poor site management, then trickles down to rude, don't care employees.
