Always awesome and friendly service! This is a great one stop shop for a lunch hour, oil change, and car wash.

I decided to not drive a hour to Shreveport to get an oil change, and chose to go here. That morning before I left when I got in my car all 4 tires needed air. I have an air compressor, but decided to leave it alone as the place says they check all this. I spent over a 100.00 and they checked off items that needed servicing, but did not ask me if I wanted to get any of this done. I would have gotten two of the items done by them. Then they "vacuumed" the car and found items from 3 years ago, but left a water bottle and some old fries on the floor. Did not even air my tires up then my car says u have the oil, but it's not full, and was charged for an extra quart. Will not do business with them again. I get better results from Walmart. Would have given zero stars if possible. read more

This place is so friendly and convenient!!! I discovered this place on a random weekday. I'm currently doing a rotation at Glenwood hospital which is a couple blocks away. I am from New Orleans and after driving back one weekend, I had bugs galore on my windshield. I saw that this place was quite busy/steady for a weekday so I decided to check it out. What you do is drive your car to the back and tell them what you need. There are many different services (I.e. glass repair, tire service/rotation, oil change, different wash & cleaning packages). Then you walk inside and wait in their "cafe express" while they bring your car thru the wash and then detail your car outside. In the cafe/diner area, there are drink beverages, snacks such as muffins, brownies, scones, chips, etc. It's quite a cute little set up, like a diner from the movie "Grease" or something, hehe. You go inside and pay for your services and then when they're done, they call you to get your car in the front. Voila. Clean and repaired car. That was pretty convenient. An outside wash is about $7? For the inside alone is about $7 too. Inside and outside is $13? Those are the basic packages but you can get extra detailing but the cost would be higher. Sometimes they have deals which are pretty good. Low and behold, another driving back in, I get a chip in my windshield. A place in NOLA quoted me $65. Another place in West Monroe quoted me $40, which I thought was a steal. Then a pharmacist at Glenwood hospital recommended this place. How much did they quote me? $30!!! Winner winner NOW I can afford a chicken dinner! ;) They need more of these places! Especially in NOLA. read more

I have only brought my vehicle here twice. The most recent time was to have my truck detailed and the interior shampooed. I honestly expected to pay over $150 just for the interior work. When I showed back up to pick up my truck, they had washed and waxed it to PERFECTION. There was no crack or crevice left unclean. I was really impressed and I only paid $100 which I consider a bargain. Will definitely use these folks again. read more

My truck was brand new 3 days old and they scratched my front bumper by hitting something and i paid for a hand was and it looks like my 6 year old went outside and washed it . Mud all over the front clip of truck still in fog light area and on lower valence. Owner is suppose to contact me monday so they can roll their cameras back to see who hit something in my truck . read more

Wife went there on ladies day and person barely acted as though they wanted to explain any of the washes. Once cleaned I noticed it was not vacuumed hardly and this car wash doesn't use the latest alternative to armor all or didn't offer it for the interior like car washes in other cities. 've been going here for years, and it's always been a great staff , great service, and a great job on cleaning all of the vehicles I've owned and doing preventive maintenance on them. Today was different I carried my truck to get it cleaned this morning and like always done a great job, then I brought my wife's truck down to get it cleaned, once it came out the passenger bumper was hanging, the only reason i noticed it was because they were trying to put it back. When I asked what was wrong they said it wasn't ready then I seen what happened. So they pulled it off the side and got the owner out , he went and reviewed the cameras and said that cause it was impacted from behind( which was nothing but a few scratches from a basketball goal) that he wasn't going to repair it cause it was the impact that caused it to protrude and get caught in the wash bay. It wasn't protruding or I would not have but it through the wash bay but seeing as I was upfront and told him how the scratches got their it was an easy out, if he was willing to work with me I would have ate whatever the cost would have been for having the scratches fixed. Not that it will have any affect on his business but today he has lost a long running customer. The wash, oil change, and cafe services are all top notch! Having been a customer for years, I can say the service and quality has never changed. The cafe is great, when trying to get an oil change during a lunch or work break. You can eat your lunch while they service your car. read more
