I went to get a key duplicated. I had 3 blanks and the original key. I asked the man in the front how much to copy the keys? I provided the 3 blanks and the original and only needed the key copied. Hey asked the other guy working there a question. I couldn't hear what he asked the other guy. He then proceeded to make me the copies. It took him 2 minutes to make the three copies. I asked him how much wax it, he said $16. I almost fainted. 3 simple key cuts of blanks that I provided, that comes out to $5.33 per cut of each key. Absurd amount. I will never return nor will I ever recommend this place. read more

By far the best locksmith anywhere. We use them for all the projects we cannot do here at Ace Hardware on Key Biscayne. Hard to make Keys, FOBs. Keys for older cars that are impossible to find door locks, people locked out of their houses and so on. These guys deliver and fast and have trucks all over. This was the worst experience from any service person. Enrique showed up not only doing a terrible job but telling us how he is about to be evict, asking for gas money, saying he sleeps in his car, has cancer, etc, etc!! My friend had to go to Home Depot to get the right parts and we were charged $750 because a key broke in the lock. The picture is the disaster he left behind! They don't even deserve one star! I went there to have 2 Medeco keys made. I made 3 trips back and forth because the keys they made me didn't work, $64.20. They told me I was scheduled for an appointment the next morning at 9:30 am. Needless to say they never showed up. After my bank notified them that I was fighting the charge one guy called me and said, this is so & so from Carballo call me!" They'd have to pull someone to translate plus I'm female. I guess they think I'm stupid! It's a shame! I worked for the Police Dept and they used to be very good! I also called a City Fireman I know who was a locksmith before getting on the Dept.
